Came in today to get my ears pierced, staff were super friendly and welcoming! :) I rushed to these guys after having a bad experience else where. They were happy and pleased to help me and piece my ears within seconds of arriving, very professional and would definitely recommend.

Best customer seevice and clean and tidy show always value for the money

Not sure how this store operates. 9.30am on s Monday it's not open yet. If they are operating on a different times at least they should let the customers know about this.

Wide range of accessories to choose from with amazing deals

I love their accessories but the price of the items are not clearly marked and I kept asking the store assistant for price.

The store is not open at 12.46pm. Another store nearby informed me they are short staffed so always open late! How is this an acceptable way to run a business . Everything online indicates it was open and myself and another customer were extremely disappointed just standing outside

Went to go shop at claire's today and found that the shutters was down and the store manager had customer inside doing a ear piercing. Which is Unusual, there was loads of people waiting to go inside along side me and the manager didn't seem to bother or care. Also looked like she didn't know what she doing while piercing the child as she looked confused, disorganised and look like she kept asking the mum if the piercing okay and she looked very unhappy with it.

weird. weird. weird. went in here at about 3pm yesterday to look for some blue light glasses. walked in and the sales assistant was fondling with her boyfriend behind the cash desk, sat on his lap, touching each other and kissing which was just extremely odd and uncomfortable for everyone in there. one of the ‘customers’ seemed extremely suspicious, like they were trying to sneak stuff into their bag. couldn’t find what i was looking for and there was no way i was asking the seemingly busy sales assistant so i walked out as quickly as my legs would take me.
