Absolutely stellar sevice. We were looking for an unusual size and the staff member who helped us was super helpful - she went into the stock room probably 4 or 5 times to find things for us! Thanks very much - I'll be back to find awkward sized jeans for myself next time!

Love the store but you can't order anything there...think they're missing a trick. Have to go online. I went to another store that does Tommy Hilfiger and bought what I wanted...could have had a sale but lost out. Would have thought they need all points of sale in their store.

A lovely girl with golden / auburn highlights served my family and was the nicest member to ever serve me in the bluewater store. I shop there frequently and her kindness was phenomenal. Excellent customer service and a welcoming smile which is what you want and need with all this sanitisation stations and one-way marks.

Hope to visit soon and repay the favour.

Great service, Very helpful, polite and humble lady sold me pairs of jeans few months ago! Jeans quality was not bad but very small for me so I returned second day. I forgot to review that time today I realised and wanted to recommend her services!

Excellent service. I called up this branch looking for a particular dress that had been sold out for a couple of weeks online and I spoke to the most helpful lovely girl that really went out of her way for me . She found it and put it by for me , I didn’t get to thank her in person as my brother said he would buy it for me on his way home as it’s my birthday in a couple of weeks . But he gave it to me early . I’m so happy and it fits great 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Staff is so helpful and did everything I asked, AND I ASKED FOR A LOT. They had patience and understanding and made my experience so good! BRAVO STAFF! 👏🏾
