I came to choose presents for my daughters friends birthday in the upper mall of bluewater, and at the checkout I found out that I can choose extra jewellery, and I already had three items so I went and chose three more items then suddenly my bill was £38. I thought it was a lot and looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged from all the items and the only thing I got for free was the paper bag. So l went back and speak to the cashier and there were four ladies there, all of them not giving very nice looks and the one I spoke to rolled her eyes and passed my receipt to the other lady and said "do this refund". And have a look like I killed her family. The other lady wasn't much more helpful and had attitude. And so I chose to do a full refund, so | can re do the order again, so I could actually choose the original items I wanted in the first place instead of choosing extra items that I was told would be for free. The terms and conditions of the store are not very clear and the attitude and behaviour towards customers in the store is awful. I work in bluewater myself and wouldn't dare roll my eyes at any customers. I'm very disappointed with the service.

If I could give 0 stars that would be it. The rudest sales lady ever !!!! She was so arrogant and I went 20 min before closing time today. Browsed through and when she started pulling down the shutters I asked if I could leave from one side and she gave the most horrible look as if I did some crime. What a pathetic way to behave to customers.

Absolutely disappointed with the customer service, a man served my mother and was so rude!!! Didn’t even offer a bag! Disgusting attitude I think he needs to be re trained with his customer service! Poor service please don’t use!!!

Was pleasantly surprised with professionalism and speed at which my daughter's ears were pierced. Thank you

I can't believe how expensive the stuff was. They had a deal, buy three items and another three free. £27 for three items which were mostly tat the girls wanted to buy. I had to ask if was correct. Sorry Claire's won't be shopping at yours again.

Cheap costume jewellery, good for kids.

When here for granddaughter hair band's, loved it buy one get one free, so we got quite a few, when early so was not to busy

Very small shop, which many of Claire's are which presents a social distancing issue. Staff were rather clueless as to what was actually part of their buy 3, get 3 free offer
