I bought a bag for the wife from the gunwharf quays initially, the bag was really nice and the wife loved it. Unfortunately a day of use led to the bag looking a mess. I called my local branch where staff stated that the bag from GWQ is not stocked, customer service advised I can ask for a refund. The wife was a little upset as she liked the bag. The staff at the Bluewater branch late in the evening were brilliant. They helped find a nice replacement in my budget and the wife was very happy. I believe the staff members were Tara and Shelley-Anne, they are a great investment to the company.

Fantastic customer service, beautiful bags, wallets etc...I felt like I was back in the Us where customers come first. I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me, but I felt so welcomed I didn’t want to leave the shop! Went there to browse and left with two itens, all because she was lovely, not pushy, very helpful and a great seller. Well done Kate Spade ♠️ I can’t wait to go back.

I have visited this store many times in the last few months. The welcome from the staff has always been the same.Friendly,easy going & full of helpful advice,they are all really approachable. Whether you are purchasing merchandise (I have treated myself occasionally) or just browsing,you will still never feel ill at ease here. Top marks Kate Spade Bluewater!

I love this shop. It's fairly small but they make the most of the space. The staff are attentive but not in-your-face. I always leave a happy customer and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some beautiful, long-lasting accessories and clothes.

I was so impressed by the amount of knowledge she had about the products and the way she explained all, so delicately and polite.
Being honest, I just had a few spare minutes and was no plans of purchasing anything on that day.
Nevertheless, I left the store with two beautiful items)

Not very great options. Limited ones. I feel Singapore has much better stores and collection than these
