Blurgh. I know it's an outlet, but it's badly organised and so it took me half an hour to figure out that they had nothing at all in my size. I feel like life would be better if they arranged their available stock in sizes.

Visited this shop on 5th april around 530pm. The ladies working there were absolutely lovely. And I found what I was looking for which means the info on the website was correct too.

I visited the store today and was served by Savannah and Natalie who I could not speak more highly of! Their level of service went above and beyond what could be expected and I’m so grateful. It’s service like this that keeps me buying shoes only from kurt geiger! Thanks so much

Good selection of shoes however sizes are limited. Despite this, good customer service was given. Eloise was very sweet and gave me all the options.

Couldn’t return the thing I wanted to return but I did manage to buy some sliders on the cheap. Bit on the small side though so I bought a size bigger cos I ain’t no fool… so they fit perfectly. Well done

Really helpful staff! Shay showed superb customer service; extremely friendly and went that extra mile to post out a bag as I live far from the outlet. Massive thanks! Great quality products, I absolutely love my handbag.
