My daughter had her ears pierced here a couple of weeks ago and the lady who did the piercing (Victoria) was so kind and reassuring to her. Everything used was spotlessly clean and my daughter is very happy with the result. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Went in today and spoke to a lady (didn't catch her name but she had a manager tag on) about getting my little girls ears pierced after being recommended. She was very polite and put me at ease about it so will definitely be back to do it when we're ready. I did end up buying a Jojo bow before I left though, not sure how that happened.

My day was made by the friendly manager on the till. I would have given it five but the shop space is so small.

I visited the shop,they make me upset. The service is horrible.
They was not helping at all.

The raison I give one star .the service was good she did good job with my daughter piercing but what I didn't like nd feel upset I was giving my pushchair to give space inside shop to my sis nd waiting my turn to pay she come running like excuse me u didn't pay like I m running from paying!!! I told what u think!! i m giving pushchair even she didn't said sorry nd it was next to my nephew .really sad

Excellent customer service especially from the manager who was really kind.
Polite staff. My daughter was happy.
