Got my first piercing and was served by a lovely lady called Rachel, made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.

We had our 6year old ear pierced yesterday. We turned up and the lady ( Rebecca) made our child feel at ease, we weren’t rushed at all, the service was spot on.

The lady who did the piercing was great however the jewellery is awful, 10 days after my 14 year old had her ears pierced the front of the earring went inside her lobe while she slept. I thought would need a and e but we managed to save her piercing. Claire's recommended bigger earrings at my own cost which I purchased elsewhere. Their earrings are a bad design as they are narrower behind the studs so go inside the lobe very easily. Go to Brazen piercings on Vaughan street instead, no pain, knowledge beyond any other and proper after care solution (saline) and aftercare, complete opposite to Claire's who just want your money.

Got my daughter's first ear piercings last week and what an AMAZING manager who talked us through every step easily and and would make any parent at ease,and my daughter absolutely loves them

Went in today with my foster son (16) to have his ears pierced. Amazing service not only for the one having their ears pierced but also for his foster sibling who wanted his done but was only 8. The manager (I think) was amazing and made the whole process easy and fun!!!!! Thank you xx

Love the shop it has beautiful things such as: Make up, phone cases, wigs, and lots more!! I got my ears peiced there almost a month ago and they get two people to do it at the same time so it doesn't hurt as much!
