Claire's

Went to have my hose pierced for my birthday treat, and it was quick, surprisingly low pain and very well explained. She let me change the placement until I was happy, it was quickly done (I did jump but let's face it, you're putting a hole in part of you!!) but she was lovely. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which has always been a bugbear of mine with Claires in the past.
Will definitely go again to have more holes put in me!!

I have used Claire's in the past and to me it is the best accessories shop going in the Uk.
I will visit anytime.

Called up to double-check an appointment. The person who picked up the phone flat out cancelled the appointment in a very rude manner and said "I am not doing that appointment" and then hung up the phone.

We then went to superdrug, got great customer service and it was less than half price compared to Claires.

Booked a cartilage ear piercing here.

The staff member who carried out the piercing was first class, explained the process thoroughly the piercing was done with almost not pain at all.

While the staff were great, I was a little surprised to pay £40 for a gold starter stud and a bottle after-care solution. Web site says the piercing is free when you buy the stud.

Finally, my piercing was done in the shop window! I was rather expecting a small room at at the rear of the store!

Had my second ear piercing done by Katrina about 5 weeks ago who did a fabulous job and today my 3rd piercing by (sorry I don't know her name but on the receipt her cashier number is 544341) again another fab job. Both took great care getting the piercings just right and were very thorough cleaning everything. 🙂

Had my daughters ears pierced here today. The Claire's girls provided a great service and I left with a happy daughter. I would definitely recommend this place for piercings.

Very supportive and cooperative staff . Recently did ear piercing of my baby girl one year old , they were experienced and did it very carefully , full explanation of the after care given and my daughter is doing great .highly recommend it .thanks a lot .
