Cafe looks amazing. I've passed this place since being a kid so thought I'd pop in. Good for ladies clothes but I didn't see any gents - there may be some.

Cafe looks amazing. I'd only popped in because I've driven passed it for years.
I couldn't see gent's clothes but I think ladies would be happy.
I was in and out so can't really say more.

Was looking forward to visiting as the cafe and shop looked nice on the website.
Unfortunately the coffee we ordered was pretty dire (almond latte), and there was very little on the menu for vegans or vegetarians (jacket potato and baked beans, that was it. They didn't have a dairy free option spread so we couldn't have a toasted tea cake. It doesnt take much to offer more vegan/veggie options, look at the menu in Marmalade Cafe Rhos on Sea, caters for all

The lodge is a local legend. It's a high end ladies fashion shop with a very nice cafe. But that doesn't really tell you about the quality of what you get there. Recently they added Seasalt and another nicely priced brand of clothing to their collection making it a real possibility that you will buy something as well as a cappuccino. The ladies are helpful and not all pushy. The lodge menu is good. Their Welsh rarebit has been going for at least 35 years and I keep going back for more. The pate is always nice and the bread and salad excellent. Too much cream on the puddings for my taste and a simple fruit salad wouldn't go amiss. The scones... ah, well, someone there knows what they're about. Delicious. A good stop on the A road between ruthin and Denbigh. It's always reliably good👍
