Had my daughters ears pierced here, the staff are very friendly, they made her feel at ease as she was very nervous at the time.
It was a very professional service and great aftercare advice was provided.
Would definitely recommend for children's ear piercings.

Needed to replace my nosestud. Disappointed they don't do multi packs still but got a reasonably priced single one. Staff were helpful and efficient

Do I need an appointment to get my little girl's ears pierced? And is there a certain age for babies?

I took my daughter to have her ears pierced at claires in Caerphilly, The lady that done the piercing was very professional and patient, she made my daughter feel at ease and answered the barrage of questions my daughter asked of her. Full after care was explained and provided brilliant service 👌

What a lovely welcoming store , after attending two Cardiff stores to rude staff we decided to give Caerphilly a try and we were not disappointed took my foster child to get her ears pierced and the lady there was so friendly and put her at ease nothing was too much trouble for her , definitely would recommend this store for any little girls wanting their ears done you won’t be disappointed. I visited to have my ears re-pierced as the holes had closed up. I called in to make an appointment but the young lady was able to do the piercing straight away. She took great care over explaining aftercare.Great service. I would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful, very considerate staff. We went to get my daughter's ears pierced and the staff went out of their way to explain everything they were going to do and to put us at ease. Very clean environment for the process.
