Always good choice of clothing and accessories in store. Split store with clothing and underwear and loads of bags to choose from. helpful staff in store who are able to advise and serve well. Good discounts in store and often further reductions too

Great shops and can get some real bargains.

Superb experience after purchasing a few items & then noticed one of the tops was faulty when I got home. I live about 3.5 hours away from the shop as I was there for a weekend away. Hannah, the store manager, has gone above & beyond to make sure I am sent a replacement top, and they’ve even refunded my postage from sending the faulty one back. Cannot fault how helpful they have been - very impressed

The staff here have zero customer service skills what so ever, I purchased a pair of boxers for my son, only too realise I had mistakenly purchased pants instead, (genuine mistake I had just come off a 24hour shift) I revisited the store two days later to exchange them for the correct varient only to be told that they can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Whilst that is understandable the product itself is completely new and unused, in original packaging with seals intact, unopened, accompanied with original proof of purchase.
Instead I was met with attitude, and the managers solution, was to "sell them online" no effort was made to rectify the situation whatsoever.

Can I just say that i was shocked by the treatment. There was 2 girls with a basket of items paying at the till there was no one else in the queue. I waited around 5-10 minutes and I didn't realise that there was place to line up as there was no one waiting. Then a couple went into the actual Queue as that happened it was my turn, the couple noticing that i was waiting directed me to go to the cashier as i had been waiting. I was then Rudely spoken to by the man at the till telling me i was not in the queue and he would not serve me. To my shock i asked if he was joking only to be told have a nice day in a sarky way. totally uncalled for.

Didn't buy anything and will not be going back. Shocked to be fair
