Got daughter's ears pierced. Lovely friendly service. Explained the whole procedure clearly, good cleanliness and job done in no time. Came away with a huge bottle of sanitising liquid, not just a tiny 5ml. Happy faces allround.

Very, very rude unhelpful lady who was on the till. I was in a rush as I had an appointment and I was waiting for 10 minutes as the server was on the phone. She then finished her phone call and the phone rang again.... she did not apologise and she answered and was talking for another 5 minutes on the phone complaining to her manager that she could not get any overtime. I never got an apology and I will NOT be returning to this shop!

On the other hand good variety of accessories. The 2 stars are for the accessories and the 3 empty stars are for the AWFUL customer service this shop has!

If you're looking for cheap pre-teen jewelry, then this ticks all the boxes. As a 38 year old man, it's not to my liking. However, it satisfies both my daughters and thus I permit an occasional visit. At least my wallet isn't significantly damaged.

I am always 50/50 with this store. Love the majority of stock but massively dislike the prices. As a rule this is a shop I walk in, have a look around and walk back out without making a purchase.
