One of our favourite shops with very high quality apparel at very decent prices. The sales here are great throughout the year but are peak during Christmas. Staff here are always kind, polite, and engage in small talk. Never had to return anything but I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem. Fitting rooms are also great. Highly recommended if you are around.

Colleague knocked me off my feet whilst rushing through shop . At this point I chose to walk out . Didn’t even apologise , female , glasses , hair back fyi . Stop rushing ! Respect customers

Tried to take item back to exchange for different size? Staff were really helpful, but the manager was really rude and not customer service friendly, considering she had 25 years experience in the business? Will not be buying nothing from there ever again!!!!!😡

Very unpolite shop manager (female, glasses). Asked me to leave the changing area (where I was waiting for my son to try things on), using a rude tone, not even looking at me when speaking. The rest of the team was very nice and smily.
