I very much agree with Prabalini. Customer service is very bad here. It doesn't seem like the staff (women) are bothered to help you or show you any outfits. Instead, they just like to have a laugh amongst themselves, moan and talk rudely to others about you in front of your face. One of the workers was complaining about being tired and was scolding me (which she might have thought of as a joke) just because I couldn't choose an outfit. Very rude and unprofessional. I certainly didn't take it as a joke.
I've been into other places such as Puja silk house which has excellent customer service and I highly recommend them so do save yourself time and find a better shop to go into.

Terrible customer service. Clothes was already very slightly damaged before we purchased, however the man blamed us for the damage. We didnt even try on the outfit we just wanted to change the size. After showing and proving to him he has damaged pieces on display he allowed us to change the dress size yet kept claiming he doesnt have the size and colour and so we had to change the colour.

Bad experience overall. Will never go back nor recommend.

I honestly wouldn’t even give them one star but i have to in order to share this publicly.This morning, i went to this shop, and one of the shopkeepers was on the phone talking extremely loudly, and i asked another lady behind the counter. “Why is she talking so loud and saying rude words?”. She heard what i said and started to swear at me really loudly using disgusting and inappropriate language against me. I tried looking for the owner of the shop, but she was telling me that she was the owner herself. I am trying to say that giving the staff so much priority isn’t a good thing. I often go to this shop as a regular customer, for example, the same lady two years ago, made me pay the price of 5 sarees and i only got 4 in exchange. I only go to this shop because of the good clothing and i know the owner personally and he is a good person. I also had my 8 year old child with me and she heard every bit of the conversation. Extremely bad customer service. I’m my opinion i think they should fire a few staff members. Thank you if you could read this till the end.

Really disappointed with the poor customer service and lack of respect for customers. Arrogance shown from the manager who gave alot attitutde instead catering customers request. Item had missing beads and stones as well as stains, no willingess to rectify the dress or offer an alternative option. Instead been told no time to fix the dress and still sell it as the original price which was higly overpriced. Shouting staff manager who was more concerned on how hoovered the floor was than addressing an issue raised by staff. Also no fitting room so you cant even try anythi.g on but publically with the camera on the shop floor. No exchange and refund policy despite having any changing room!

I went today to buy jewellery, their customer service is really bad. I asked for help multiple times and they are not even helpful and ignored me. I work as customer service my self and I understand the importance of the customers, which clearly this business doesn’t. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy anything from there. If I could I would’ve given 0 stars. 👎🏼

Absolutely disgusting people have terrible customer service very rude respectfully the place stank alot and the lady had red stuff in her teeth that made me uncomfortable fire them all it would make my life better.i would rate it -10 but I can't.

They had the last piece dress when I asked they said they have 52 them I received my parcel the dress size was cut and trouser size left it shows 50 ..they lied so much ..instead of 52 they have 50 to sell the last piece
