KFC Kings Lynn - Hardwick Estate

Absolutely appalling! Will not be returning. Waited 20 min for my food to arrive and then had to wait another 20min for my granddaughters by which time mine had gone cold. The service of the staff members was unacceptable. The man who served me on the till sounded like he could not care less about anything. Even so, took him 10 min to actually serve me at the till. And then when I got home and the 12 piece boneless meal I had ordered had actually been 4 peices on the bone. We then had to go back to the store to get it sorted! The staff were all over the show and making many mistakes. The manager (Reece) was honestly brilliant, got our meal sorted and changed without a fuss, gave us an extra bottle of drink and was very apologetic and then heard him getting his staff in gear by changing around stations and telling them off for things that they weren't doing which was causing many mistakes on people's orders. Kelvin was also very lovely, so happy and smiley and was a good worker. Other than those 2 members of staff, I honestly have nothing good to say about this store and will not be returning.

Service was very slow for a fast food diner, however the staff were polite. The food was not as freshly cooked as I would like and showed signs that it had been kept warm for a while and was a little dried out, overall though it was a cheap dinner and is what it is. Cheap easy lunch.

Freezing cold in the store as the door was broken and open the whole time. Hot wings did not taste like the normal hot wings, zinger burger was poorly constructed and falling apart and it took ages to get served. Used the self service machines and had to have table service as I was eating in. Server just put the tray in front of me and didn't say a word, I then had to get up and go to the counter as he did not bring everything needed to eat the meal.
Popcorn chicken was good though.

Very disappointing. The chicken was totally dried out and the coating just peeled off. It was luke warm and had the appearance of being cooked quite a while before being served. Nothing like it used to be and will not be returning , the Colonel would not be impressed and neither were we.
The star is for the politeness of the member of staff serving.

A great restaurant with the usual amenities. Hot food plenty of seating and a short wait for food but worth it for hot fresh food. I've been using this branch for years and only had a few missorders but if you are nice, and quietly approach in a friendly manner they will sort out any wrong order. I would highly recommend this branch.

Absolute disgrace, food fine but service atrocious. Ordered to eat in, what a mistake that turned out to be. No one who had ordered to eat in was being served, yet drive thru and food delivery services were being served. After 40 minute wait, when queried about the issue I was informed that they were waiting for chicken. After another 10 minutes of watchibg everyone but the customers in the outlet being served I asked for a refund. All of a sudden they had chicken available for my order immediately. When I returned to my table with my food order this came as quiet a surprise to the other diners who had ordered before me but were still waiting. They only got served after complaining as well. Disgraceful service.

Absolutely shocking service. Half an hour wait for a fillet box meal and mini burger. Experience made worse with “deliveroo” and “just eat” drivers constantly pushing to the front demanding their orders are first. Waiting for rest of order at counter and they put their bags on counter with no regard for anyone else.

Floor scattered with rubbish and remnants of food. grubby, sticky tables. Maybe they had been busy before we arrived? This was a quick stop off having been travelling on the road for a couple of hours. Service however wad quick and food as expected in KFC. No frills. Asked for a diet Pepsi but was served with cherry. No problems with offering me another drink.... Except it was still a cherry.... Couldn't be bothered to return it a second time. Not the best KFC I've eaten in.
