McDonald's

Ordered via the app and had about a 10min wait which was a bit longer than expected as the store want that busy. They left off all the selected dips feom the order so had to go to counter for them.
Food was hot when arrived.

I came to this mcdonalds as it was convenient because I was shopping in asda. I first arrived and I used the screen to order with my rewards code, I added a few rewards to the basket, then there was an error so I asked a member of staff to help me as it had taken my reward only for her to tell me the order hasn't gone through because all the systems were updating I told her it had took the points from the reward and she said she doesn't know what to do. I then tried to order via the app, I put everything down and placed the order only for it to come up with an error again, I told the same lady about it and she told me to wait a few minutes while the system updates so she can help me. Then I waited 5 minutes, and a group of customers came into the store and they took ages to make an order because they couldn't make up their mind about what they wanted baring in mind I tried to place the order twice and ended up waiting half an hour before I finally could place my order with the very friendly manager. I then took my order home, unpacked everything and suprise suprise there was items missing from my order. I called the store to let them know and they said I could come back and get the missed items, I was happy to do that but as its the middle of the night I didn't fancy driving all the way back for a buger and a drink. Overall my experience wasn't that great here.

Every time I get a just eat from here there's something missing. All our drinks where missing and you ring the branch they couldn't care less. Spoke to a young lad who said it was all sent and didn't entertain we got ZERO drinks. Check all deliveries at the door. Do not let the just eat driver walk away!!!! Caveat emptor!!!!!!

Not very busy but still took ages to be served a breakfast bun, the food was ok nothing special but ok, however, I think the coffee had gone down hill and now prefer Greggs coffee.

Extremely large, excellent selection of products, some items cheaper than Scotland! Should be same across the board.
Has a McDonald's inside it, plenty parking, plenty seating.

Decent McDonald's, always busy here despite its small size.

One annoyance is that they shut significant portions of the seating area off entirely for cleaning, to the point it's a bit awkward looking where to sit. And the area is generally so large the 1 person cleaning doesn't even touch half of it for ages

Terrible service, when the app failed, the lady told me politely that she doesn't care about me. It doesn't matter that it's a McDonalds app, they do not won it. IT doesn't matter that the customer is hungry - the manager didn't even show up. They have US all for nothing - zero for custumer experiance! I do not recommend THEM, in fact I advise not to go there...

Love the cleaning staff they are so chatty and friendly and go above n beyond . They're a credit to them.
