Check all take out orders before leaving. There is ALWAYS something wrong. Normally, not too bothered; just a dip, small chips not a large.

But tonight, a full meal. Didn’t realise till we got home.

Food is good, but whoever checks orders, not so much!

Awful manager, shouted at me when I asked for the second time how much longer our food would be (after waiting 20 minutes), my autistic non verbal son was in tears but he didn’t care at all. Disgusting attitude, avoid at all costs.

I don’t think they have anything ready, even the standard menu with no changes. A Big Mac? “Wait in the grill bay”…. A cheese burger? “Wait in the grill bay”.

The place is very rushed off its feet!-service uncompramiseable I won mcdonald's monopoly either a big mac or wrap but I explained that I am a vegetarian and don't like wraps may they offer something else like a mcplant or just somewhere that I can enjoy they said they can scan It once and may not be able to receive anything as its gone off the system if they don't have a option in the system so they could only offer me the wrap which I'm not a fan of wraps from other places 😤out of being a good manager for the company I then gave her another chance I offered her £2 extra to give me a mcplant meal as the meals they offered was only £4 still refused
I received the wrap only to be rushed and not even warm , fries where also cold no drink by the way as it was supposed to be a meal but they refused the manager made me awkward 😐 I was so tierd after all this - I do appreciate the managers employee getting the manager when I asked but obviously bad mistake on my side that was absolutely baffling place

Not up to standard at all 0.8-10

Will not go back to order in person 😒

Your attitude today was commendable Brett, I am so used to coming up against toxic witches whenever I've attempted to resolve issues in the past so speaking with you was like a breath of fresh air. You were courteous, polite,, and most importantly your intonation was not hostile,,,,

I was initially angry and frustrated but after our conversation I had every confidence the matter would be resolved..

Placed an order at the drive through and the staff who took the order changed my order - we only realised when we got home and the whole order went in the bin as it was disgusting. I complained and had a few emails back asking me to explain the complaint. Each time I did I had the same response back. Then my last emails were ignored. I've not had a refund or voucher for the inconvenience and the meal was put in the bin. Very poor customer service and no other way to complain as even resolver can't contact them. Always check your order from here before leaving is my advise. I won't be using this McDonald's again

ALWAYS gets something wrong. Today I ordered a large latte, instead I got a half drunk cappuccino with teeth marks in the cup. Absolutely disgusting

Table service now a thing in McDonald's. Our meal arrived at out table in just a few minutes. Our server was even carrying some spare ketchup that we'd forgotten to order.
