Only one till on creating long queues. App was saying BigMacs were unavailable but clearly they were not. Staff were no help and kept passing the book. The place was untidy and food was on the floors. I won't be in a hurry to return.

During morning hours has now become the unofficial des-res for oldies, loonatics and asylum seekers waiting for their hotels to clean their sheets and let them back in. Staff on friendly terms with most as they spend several hours here, nursing their breakfasts via some voucher scheme. Basically McD's in Burnley has become the social services.

Staff on shopfloor slow to clean tables and make sure area was looked after. The food came quickly and was fresh and hot.

One chap in particular went put of his way to help a number of customer's. Seeing to missing items on orders, helping with condiments and straws ect. Very polite and upbeat. Lovely to see. He was the tallest member of staff there, slim with brown hair. If he sees this, carry on sunshine! Your attitude makes a difference, it certainly put a smile on my face. Fab customer service 👌🏼 👏🏼

Visited on a match day. The entire downstairs seating area was closed off. Therefore, the upstairs was far too busy. Tables are so close together that you can taste what the person next to you is eating.
Probably wouldn't return - not to sit inside anyway!

The tables and walls down stairs had flies on ( fruit flies) they then flew around us as our food came. We reported this to an attendant upstairs who was marshaling the front door she didn't care nor was she going to sort it

Never any milkshakes. Often no mcfluffys either. Need to have all items available

Food cold just eat and delivaroo drivers bullys carnt get to counter to place order
Delivery drivers need to be devided as Couse a backlog and tention
