The funny thing this is not the first time they give raw chicken by looking previous Reviews.. KFC you should really change the Manager

Really enjoyed the rice box, nice alternative to burgers and fries. The ice creams were nice too.

Second time I've ordered from here thought the first time was maybe just a bad day for them. Chicken is so bad quality greacy dark brown. The sweet chilli dipped bites were almost the same size as popcorn chicken literally nothing there. Don't understand what I have paid for. You expect quality from KFC but the chicken from this store is worse quality then the local chicken take aways. Maybe a change of management is needed.

Drive thru experience, service non existent!

No chips in the meal so went inside to request - given a small bag with 7-10 pieces in there?
Got home to find the kids meal we ordered with a burger was with nuggets instead…
Need better QC from management.

We went here for dinner, ordered a bucket chicken for me and my wife. Chicken wasn’t good as we expected. The crispy layer was separated from the chicken and we wasted half of the bucket chicken. I will not recommend this place and I never come back.

Popped into KFC as fancied some chicken to eat after doing some shopping, must say excellent customer service from the lady at the till and the lady on the floor, very friendly chatty, asking if everything was OK, nice vibe in the shop, thought the food was nice, chicken was lovely, place was clean and tidy so we're the toilets

Better to just go instead of queuing for the drive through. Way quicker!!! On the 2 I have recently been, on both occasions, the chicken was either over cooked or had been cooked sometime ago. Therefore, it was hard and a little too dark for my liking. Also, the piece they used for the burger was the most odd piece ever. Very long and narrow!
The staff need training on what pieces to use in the burgers.

The staff otherwise are pleasant and the service in the restaurant is very fast

I hadn't had a KFC for a long time. During the tail end of the pandemic I think.

We used the touch screen to order inside the restaurant.
I had a Fillet Tower Burger meal with 2 additional pieces of chicken but no drink. They don't do full fat Pepsi anymore.
We had take out so I just had my own drink at home.
My wife being vegetarian, has never had KFC so she tried the Vegan option. Thankfully she really liked it and liked the KFC southern fried coating. She added cheese and a Hash Brown to her burger.

So all in all a great meal. Not so good if you eat in and don't like diet drinks like I don't.
