McDonald's

Went in to get a breakfast, food was fine but I was given this drink when I paid full price for a large but should of only paid for a medium by the looks of it. Not to mention the whole drink was just ice, there was basically no actual liquid to drink. Ended up throwing it away and going to the shops to get something better and cheaper. Really upset and out of pocket

Seriously, I am wondering if the staff here play catch with the food then launch it in the bag from a distance ?

Yes it still tastes nice but once you’ve eaten it, you kinda look like a two year old fed you, playing food aeroplanes 🤷🏻‍♂️

And you don’t always give customers napkins, so you have to drive home covered in food looking like some psycho.

Whilst I am sat here moaning about my smashed up Burger… I thought that I might add that, I got a lovely Milkshake
(yes the milkshake machine was working 😁👍🏻)
I even got a straw to drink it with.

Held hostage here in the drive through queue of all of three cars for twenty five minutes (ordered to getting food). Half of which was sat at the last window watching the woman in the white shirt with her hand down the back of her pants. Food finally appears with no apology for the wait and then the order was wrong. Went for "fast food", but would have been quicker to cook it myself before leaving.

We had 3 coffees, one smelt like chemicals so wasn't tasted. Another of which tasted awful (not like coffee, apparently like chemicals) after which the person smelt it and it was the same as the first coffee. The last one apparently tastesd like coffee but smelt of chemicals (all drank by different people). Usually this place is great.

Don't know about the atmosphere as ordered takeaway, but not on the drive through. Mcdonald got order wrong, as they always do at Whitchurch, instead of a quarter pounder with cheese, I got a BBQ stack, which was dearer than I ordered, so all in all, not a bad thing. The BBQ stack was good too.

Came via the drivethru - first got given the wrong order. They seemed surprised when I said it wasn't my order. Then I was given the 'correct' order. When we pulled up I found that part of my order was missing.

Had to go and get the rest of my order which I had to do by going inside. A number of staff looked at me at the counter and noone had the decency to acknowledge me!

Eventually got my porridge which was sat on the side going cold! As was the rest of my food that was going cold in the car while I had to get this part of my order.

Staff couldn't look more disinterested if they tried!

Order large meal and was given medium after they first tried to give us the wrong order even though they had our order number with it. Big taststy was the Biggest let down, hardly any sauce, looked like it had been put together with a catapult and was as cold as my house at the moment. Very disappointed

I was driving back home from a long trip and decided to grab something for breakfast at McDonald's.
I then sent my orders while I queued along with other customers.
Went to the toilet while my order is prepared.
The toilet was not as neat as I have expected.
The toilet basins are unclean and no hand washing liquid.
As my order was ready,I was disappointed that they missed some of my food.
I had to go back to the counter to inform the attendant.
My chocolate drink was nice and prepared the way I like it though.👍
I will sugges the attendant to be more attentive to customers food orders and toilet should be kept clean at all times.
