I have visited this Burger King branch a few times now and continuously it's a solid 3/5.
Sometimes you're the only person in there ... your order will be slow. Sometimes there is lots of people... Your order will be slow.
The drinks machine sometimes works, sometimes you get completely flat coca cola.
The food is always as expected, but it's a chain so.... You would be disappointed if it wasn't.
Overall if you're in the area and fancy a known quantity, you'll get it here. Just don't expect the fastest burger king meal you've ever experienced

It was a dire experience. Hadn't been to one in a long time, but previous experience showed BK much better than McD. Can't say that now. Order system a complete pain. So ordered at the counter and they got it wrong twice. Then had to wait a long time for refunds and then they did the meals separately so for them about 10 minutes apart and 20 minutes for the first one. Supposedly fast food - NOT!

No milkshakes and the drinks dispenser only had diet Coke, Coke zero and flavoured Cokes. No lemonade, Fanta nothing else.

The burger I ordered was supposed to be a Cheesy Double Bacon, but nothing like it on either order. Complete waste of money.

. My burger was excellent but the drink from the multi-flavour machine smelled and tasted weird, I wish they'd go back to regular drinks dispensers. Order was served without dips. Seating area feels like the kind of place where you don't want to hang around.

The restaurant was untidy tables not cleared
Staff indifferent; take it or leave it.
No milkshakes even though they were available according to the ordering terminal. We were charged for the replacement item even though the milkshake was part of a meal deal.
Poor value for money and badly presented.
Clear to see why McDonald's less than 300yrds down the road has a question around the block.

Visited on a Monday, early evening, 5 ish.
Only popped in for a coffee and a tea...
But they couldn't do the Mocha (no milk)
had no sugar (only sweetener).
Hence my 3 star rating...
Staff were very apologetic and still we still got service with a smile....

Food quality is fine, however the 30+ minute wait in the queue for the drive thru last night was not. Issue seemed to stem from slow service, as when I got to the outside order terminal it took multiple minutes for someone to speak through the unit and take the order.

Seemed to be further issues at the food delivery point, too. Noticed one customer was sat waiting for almost 10 minutes before being served.

If there are significant issues impeding your ability to serve customers in a swift manner, then do not accept drive thru orders via the app and close the drive thru off completely. Do not allow customers to be put through this type of situation.

Customers with anxiety and claustrophobia could be severely impacted by this being allowed to take place. I certainly will not be ordering again as the wait I experienced has put me off this BK entirely.

Haven't been to Burger King for a long we don't usually go to burger restaurants. Have been to McDonalds when we have fancied a burger always disappointed. Wait too long for the food and when it arrives its always cold. BUT Burger King so different not too long to wait no queueing and food was hot. Lovely flamed grilled flavor so enjoyed it.😋

You can tell why McDonald's does so much better from the moment you walk in. Vague staff , and a very bland eating area. The order screens slways take several attempts to get an order though, one not working properly anyway, got my order less an extra patty I paid for , they didn't believe me do had to go get my burger then couldn't work out the problem, after 3 attempts they realised, then spent 5 minutes adding the missing patty, because they just kept making new burgers instead of spending a few seconds adding to my burger, pretty inefficient .
