we are supposed to save water throughout the UK because it is drought. these restrictions do not seem to apply to MCDONALD

Absolutely useless. Ordered food from one of the electric order boards. No receipt available. Chose to have table service, entered the number and sat to wait with the plastic number board.
Waited.
Waited.
Waited.
Saw a lad walk around in a circle and then walk back into the kitchen.
I just knew it was ours but waited a few minutes. Went up to ask where our food was, sure enough there it was.
Best bit? No chips. Then got asked for a receipt when I went back to ask where they were! FMAL😐
Food prep was awful. Service sh*T and I will never spend my money in this hole ever again.
Avoid. Better to be hungry.

Absolutely disgusting service everytime I come here. Milkshakes never taste as good as Weeley McDonald's. I'm always getting given cold food especially the chips... Long waits for cold food should not occur giving the waiting time to be cooked fresh. I've only given the 1 star simply because I received scalding hot chips afterwards so I could then drive to eat them later.

Staff were fiendly and pleasant to deal with, the food was hot and fairly well assembled and didn't have to wait for very long, but the vanilla milkshake definately tasted of strawberry for the first few mouthfuls.

Could be a claim to be made regarding the trades description act in the fact they call this "fast" food, would probably be quicker to go and catch the animal, slaughter, butcher, process, cook it, cut a tree down, refine into pulp, manufacture brown paper, fashion a bag out of it and then throw it at yourself with a despondent look on your face... Not the best Maccy's I've been too 😐

I go to this maccies pretty much every day from 2019 to present day, and the results are always the same; quick, warm, and delicious food. The staff are lovely to talk too and are always working their hardest despite the occasional under-staffed days, and comparing this one to High Street's mcdonalds.. it's not even comparable. I love this one, it's super convenient and the food care is great. Also look at this hamburger!! It's so well wrapped!

Absolute Rubbish! Waited in drive thru for 15mins only for the staff to serve the person behind me before me. Thought it was just a one off mistake but Its happened the last 2 times ive been there. What a joke and to top off they got my order completely wrong very rude staff aswell will not ever return.

I ordered food to go and didn’t open ten bag until i was home. I ordered a cheese burger and what I got was a bun and cheese, NO burger. I can’t complain directly to mcdonald’s because they didn’t put a receipt in the bag. I am very upset with this.
