Discusting and unhygienic why didnt macdonalds use greaseproof paper then burger then filling then the other burger that would be hygienic to eat instead its melted to the cardboard for £6 you want wheres the value in that macdonalds staple tye i complained about my food ..go back to just eat where i brought it that what you said!! They never dished it up though and served it like that did they,you should of given me a refund for this discusting macdonalds burger arrived stone cold and went in the bin as i couldnt eat it like that
Its unhygienic and you should be closed down
We gluten free so no burger i must admit but if thats how you want to dish up your publics food be not bothered make it more presentable then you should be closed down

I didn’t know a McDonald’s could actually taste bad until I came here. Finished a late shift at my job and was really hungry so drove to McDonald’s. When I got home to eat my food my nuggets were soggy and cold like they had been sitting there for hours. And my cheeseburger didn’t have a burger in it! Never experienced anything like it. So awful.

Really disappointed... im a regular customer here and today i just received my burger like this very cold cheese not melted at all and even without hurger i don't understand why it was eithout burger . i just told this to a member if staff and she was like she didn't care ... she did not even say we are sorry about that nothing just went away . the food is really lovely but this time very disappointed.

This McDonald’s is by far one of the worst on the planet. The staff are incapable of READING an order to ensure they get it correct for their customers. Same excuses every time I complain we’re too busy etc the new systems they lay out do not work what ever happened to good old McDonald’s days from the 90’s fast food was fast food but had some quality about it this day in age we have to park up wait 25 minutes watch 10 cars behind us leave with completed orders to then be given an order with items either missing or not to customers request. And who on earth puts onions and sauce on the outside of the burger bun instead of inside it the lost goes on and on and to be honest I can’t waste anymore time for this McDonald’s branch what happened to the working class where people make work enjoyable for themselves you have people in their who don’t want to work in their then leave don’t do it make space for someone who is committed and passionate about working in McDonald’s I always say a job you have is only as boring as you make it and you are the only one who can make it fun to be fun you must want to work their if they enjoyed working in McDonald’s the atmosphere and food quality would be 100% better than it is now. So far I have given 1 star if I could leave minus 6 stars I would!

Food is OK, but few times missed to add complete order to bag. Fries missing or sauce missing etc
There seems to be no check on if all items are in bag before giving to customer.

This is the worst unit ever. Whenever I buy i dbl o trpl burger, all is outside. How hard it is to make burger from ready ingredients?? You just build it with 5 moves. More than that, it's never at least warm. Not to mention that youre so cheap on sauce, I'm more amazed how you cannot even wrap it in one whole. I give up on you. Btw. I'm a professional Chef with 15yrs of experience. Just sad.

IZZY never brought me my meal. I was left waiting 3 hours for food which never came. I saw her playing hopscotch outside on company time. Also she was picking her nose and eating handfuls of fries directly out of the fryer. If you ever see Izzy throw your rubbish at her. She put a worm in my hamburger once

Every single time I come here through drive through, I have to park up. Even if there’s no one else ordering food I have to park up, if you want your food in a hurry do not come here
