For the second time ordered chicken wraps for young children. Once they arrived they were spicy. complained told to give a code for a replacement rather than refund which i relucantly accepted. rang to obtain a replacement, they refused to honor as the didnt have a record. Really poor service.

This place is banging! the chips are always Crispy, iv yet to have a soggy one. The chicken is Crispy also and my boyfriend loves the chicken wraps

I had a beef burger this time and was £4 on its own and oh my goodness, exactly like a burger King whopper 😱😱

super fast and friendly service

Ridiculous wait time for a very simple order. Ordered via Uber eats with an estimated time of 5:50pm. Nothing yet, we keep being told to wait another 10 mins and then another and so on. Appalled at the customer service as no one has a clue what is happening and no one seems to be picking up the phone anymore. There have been a couple of other times where food has been delayed and their service only seems to be getting worse with time, will not be ordering again.

Excellent customer service, delicious food, all halal and very clean. Highly recommended, one of the best in Gloucester!

No private parking or eat in availability

Let's start off with a positive. The peri chips are lovely. The chip-dip-combo is the best in the city, hands down. To balance the positive a couple of downsides. The milkshake was watery, it wasn't a good show, our milkshake expert put it to one side and it didn't get touched. Another negative being the mozzy sticks were forgotten on the order. That's sacrilege. Unfortunately lost a star on that performance. Let's get to the wrap. The inside was lovely, nice chicken, nice sauce nice flavour and a good amount of options. The wrap though was cheap, and started to fall apart, but it was filled with good quality chicken.

Best burger they've made so far. It was excellent and the meat was beautifully grilled ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

And the worse fries. They were cold & not quite cooked, for once I didn't complain about the small portion🤷 ⭐

Milkshake was good but felt like half of it was whipped cream ⭐⭐

Mix bag this time.

I've given this place 2 chances. First time a couple of the wings were too pink to eat. Second time most of the wings were completely undercooked and pink.

This is the closest I've found in Gloucester to a proper American burger. They always give you extra sauce when you ask for it, the burgers are delicious and the fries are perfect. The only down side is that the bun is sometimes dry because it's been kept warm in an oven. Other than that, it's speedy, tasty, and great quality.
