Shop clean and tidy. In terms of customer service, I asked them to put cream on top of a espresso. They told me if the customer asks we will do it Sr." After 5 minutes, they returned to me, and said : "we are not allowed to do it" Really. I didn't ask to do something ilegal. For Goodness sake. The burgers I bought, they were thin as a slice of cheese. Ridiculous!!!!. Best advice guys. Go to BURGER KING, Five Guys, or any other. Never again. Thank you very much. But NO.

Ok it's lunch time so it's busy but a 18 minute wait for fast food is slow in store.and I really feel for the customer who ordered on just eat. The driver put the order in his bag and 8 minutes later the second order went in.so one customer is getting cold food.

Shocking service. I ordered 2 large meals with an extra hamburger. Hamburger and a drink turned up. Can hardly blame the Uber delivery guy for this issue. But this is happening every week and I will not be ordering food from this McDonald’s again. So disappointed this was me and my partners dinner tonight and now I’m going hungry.

The manager at this store needs to get his/her staff in order! No chips in the big mac meals and no nuggets in the happy meal, you have the simplest menu and your staff are still that thick they can't get it right. Absolutely pathetic!

McDonalds thank you! You reminded me why I don’t order food from your establishment.

When you first opened, it felt like Christmas. The kids were excited, we had family over and thought we’ll treat everyone to McDonalds. After 2hours of waiting, excitement soon turned to misery, when half the order was missing. I was partially refunded, but due to lack of napkins I was unable to wipe my kids tears away.

Today, convinced by my family, we should give McDonalds another go. Thankfully this time you packed enough napkins to wipe my tears away. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I wasn’t surprised to find a meal missing.

At least this time I wasn’t halfway down the A12 cursing at your incompetent staff, searching for double sausage and egg muffin which was MIA.

I don’t claim to be an expert or have experience working into the food industry, but I imagine getting food to the customer is apart of the business plan?

I admit I enjoy a game like anyone else, but I must congratulate you on being the world champions of hide and seek. Ronald would be proud. However, it would be nice to actually find what I ordered in the bag!

The last 2 times we have ordered for a family of 6, the order has had food missing!
1st time we were waiting for over 30 minutes for our food to be prepared and items had to be replaced and then missing food.
Husband been tonight on way home from work. Spend £35 to find my son has no dinner!!
Angry is an understatement. Now he has to drive 12 miles round trip so our son can eat what has been paid for!

Food is what you'd expect although you seem to wait a long time for food they seem to focus more on drive through than who walk in I saw them serve atleast 15 cars whilst I waited and and they still forgot some of my order but as a whole not terrible just need to work on balance between inside and car customers

The Manager by the name of Gerogina needs to go to manner school to learn how to speak to her customers, rude she's going on like she's a bloke, the McPlants are under cooked so I always ask for them to be extra cooked as it's not meat and it won't harm to be cooked a little extra, I have no other problems with other McDonald's but it seems like I've had this problem 2 or 3 times at this McDonald's, telling me they cannot do that as it's there Policy but I have been told by many Managers that if I would like it extra cooked to then ask for this setting which is " 2 fresh patties in a 3 pattie setting " the cook knows what this means. I'm the Customer if I would like my food extra cooked what is the problem?
