This is a wonderful place to rest on the way from Bournemouth to London. When kids are tired and you dont want to cook dinner back home, this is a perfect place for a quick treat. There is outdoor place with slopes where kids go rolly-polly. Just around 35 min drive towards North from Bournemouth.

Always must check your order even open your burgers because 8 out of 10 times there is something is missing. I payed extra 1£20p for bacon in 4 of my burgers and I get zero bacon. Totaly disapointed in services.

I knew it was going to be a bad experience when I saw 2 security guards on the door trying to keep out some spiced up teenagers. Self Service order station did not give me my receipt,so I did not know my order number!so had to ask counter server.then had to stand and listen to staff supervisor bellowing instructions to staff.then when I tried to sit down to eat was told that area of restaurant was closed.so then had to sit somewhere I'd rather not sit. Lots of rowdy teenagers in restaurant.not a good experience overall.

Every single time an order has been placed with this restaurant, the food does not arrive or is incorrect. It is always cold and soggy and always later than the delivery time. I would give 0 if I could.

McDonald’s is one of the world’s largest restaurant chain by revenue in the world. Their iconic big tasty burgers is the best. McDonald at Hounslow high street is a beautiful place to relax with a choice of meal and hot or cold beverages. It has got a floor on top top too. The rates are usually the same as all their outlets. They do deliver at home though Uber eats and others.

Tried McDonald's for the first time post Covid and it is a big let down taste wise. It has lost the feel of comfort and feels like a takeaway with minimal sauces and options. The service staff is doing a good job. This outlet as not crowded and didn't have rogue elements inside. Has a well maintained washroom.

Nice people at work, always ready to help. Still remember when I was given 2 burgers instead of the 3 that I ordered and they brought the last one to my table. Small things like these make a huge difference. Thank you everyone at McDonald's.

If you order from uber or any other place - DON'T. Every single time something was missing. That was my last order from them. I understand forgot sauce but not big mac... Terrible experience. And quality of food is far away from mcdonalds standards
