Not sure why other have reviewed the experience as horrible, but I had a lovely time at Clacton KFC. Emily was the star of the show and I would give her 5/5 on meet & greet. She was kind enough to open the main door and then had the most beautiful and welcoming smile ever. She kept the place clean throughout, was extremely proactive and engaging. Bins were clean and the sitting areas were spot on as well. Parking was a bonus. My pictures uploaded here reflect my experience. Keep up the good work team 😊.

Worst kfc I’ve ever been too! Let’s the town down, wait 30 minutes in a queue that’s 3 cars long… to then wait another 10 minutes at the window… to then get home to soggy bucket full of just legs and two thighs!! They was all just standing around looking lost! Spent £30 to feed the bin

We just found our way to KFC Clacton with the help of our Sat Nav. Ordering our food was fairly straightforward from the in store touch screen ordering system, although only 2 out of 3 of these were working. As it was probably one of their less busy periods this didn't slow us down. Nothing more irritating than entering a fast food outlet only to be slowed down by one thing or another, fortunately this wasn't the case today. Food arrived in seconds and was piping hot, staff were really helpful & polite and the main thing was that the food was tasty. My wife used their rest rooms and they certainly required a clean and the flush didn't work which is why I've only given a 4* rating. Nothing major and we'd definitely return. 👍🙂 Car parking to the front with a couple of disabled bays and this does have disabled access and toilets.

If there was an option of giving 0 star I would have done that because previous I’ve tried there couple times and each time I was really sick!!! Last night McDonald’s up the road drive thru was closed so I thought let me give them another try went there into drive thru ordered my food drove to the window to pay for my phone and all I see the person who was preparing m1st food the chicken out of the tray left it on the counter then got the burger bun and put the lettuce with his hands he wasn’t wearing any gloves what so ever and when I told to girl I want to cancel my order cause the way he was preparing my food isn’t hygienic she turned around and said to me we always wash our hands!!! That doesn’t mean you need to touch food with your hands!!! Also the environment didn’t look clean at all food was all over the floor!!! Never ever going there again!!!!

Terrible service dining in and the young lady gave us our order sat down and starting to eat then found there was no gravy. Went back tobtte young lady and she demanded I brought the order back so she could check. Scooped up what hadn't already been eaten and she checked then got 2 tubs out of the drawer and left on the counter not even a sorry. Such a poor attitude to me have even though I was very polite in asking.

Awful experience. Rude staff, when came in this evening myself and family were treated poorly, a young woman called Skye was very rude to us. She was foul mouthed and didn’t know how to handle customers with disabilities. I think more training needs to be given, ie about disabilities etc. Definitely will not be coming back here.

What are these measurements of meat KFC very disappointing I came here expecting a couple tablespoons of chicken instead I’ve been given a chicken tender and pop corn chicken. Very upsetting and will not be returning
