KFC Dartford - Priory Shopping Centre

Bad service from 10th May manage. I don’t want to show her name on here. I will complaint to KFC indeed until I have satisfied response!!!!!!!! Only worst services from this manager , not other staff.

I would rate the establishment just average.
Near to me was a large spill of liquid on the floor (at least a metre ²,), and all the time we were there eating our meal,(20 minutes), nobody had come around to clean up either the tables or the floor spill.

No signage placed so anyone could slip (now there's a claim waiting to happen) 🙄

The rubbish bins were completely over full and No room to deposit our waste.
Sad as this was 7pm in the evening on a weekday and they were not busy 😕

The said manager in here called ‘Jade’ (find it hard to believe she is the branch manager as she claims) is absolutely rude and has not got any idea of social skills. This branch is an absolute train wreck and would be better off being shut down. Nothing but attitude and problems. Will not be coming here again although I live local I would rather drive further

Ordered through Just Eat. Food was mildly warm, chips missing, wrong drink - ordered 7Up but got Tango! Called the restaurant (if you can call it that!) And surprise, no answer! From other reviews that seems to be an ongoing thing! I might venture down there tomorrow and complain in person, can't ignore me then!!!

Absolute rubbish service every time i come here cashiers who dont know how to use tills properly stupid and uncalid excuses and NO TOILETS your supposed to be a restaurant u tell me what RESTAURANT doesnt have TOILETS even cafes have them sort it out iv now had to let my food go cold because i have had to go into the centre to change my childs nappy to come back to cold food useless tables are filthy i shouldnt have to clean my own table pure lazyness if i could do minus stars id do about 10 of em

Order the new gravy bundle , came out luke warm. The chicken aint great. AND they know it.Go bk 20 yrs ago it tasted like proper chicken. Burger King, burgers were big,now they all shrunk. Everything mass purjuced. Will never eat there again, u want chicken,get a chicken shish , REAL CHICKEN 🐔 house on the hill up the road

Deliveroo ordered tracked till about a mile away then went non live. I waited outside for 20 minutes. Called drliveroo and they said delivered!! I’m diabetic and needed this food. Would you reddliver?? Answer no!!! Kentucky and deliveroo seem to be uncontactable now

Ordered from here twice recently using JustEat so it could be argued that it isn't KFCs fault but the first order was missing our drink, we tried ringing KFC throughout the night with no answer.

Second time (tonight) the food doesn't appear to have been packed and sealed properly and the gravy has gone everywhere and spoilt the food, as well as leaking through the packaging and soaking the driver and myself when I had to grab the bag. my partner hates the gravy so she has been unable to eat the food. Again we tried ringing KFC and they haven't answered yet again.

Usually end up missing an item every couple of orders so not good but when it does come right then the food is lovely.

Have to admit I'm very disappointed.
