McDonald's

Im not happy. 3 week ago i was waiting about 45min for food. When i Ask for refund, i Still wait extra 15min.
I just back from there again, this time we didint wait long like list time , but after 15min they say they don't have Apple pie .ok so i Ask for refund £2.18. Boss in white t-shirt give me £2 coin back say card machine don't work (i know its only 18p but why i need to pay Them for what ?. My food and my kids food was cold. More people was waiting because IT was something wrong with order, then people waiting for food. I think they too slow for Customers Inside+ all delivery. Not happy at all.

The new bacon stack is the beat burger I have ever had even though every time I have one it's not very hot. The points they do is great even though I haven't used any yet but I have enough to get 2 meals and desert.
Parking is always hard here but it's on a busy retail park so parking can be found elsewhere.
The drive thru is busy at peak times as you would expect but you do get through fast enough.
My kids love the tablets to play on though there isn't many and the odd one doesn't work but if they get on it means I can eat in peace.
Prices are still really good compared to other fast food outlets and not matter which McDonald's you use it's the same price.

Could be better even though is good as a treat now and then, but in the old days food used to be hot. Now is served tepid not sure why even when is busy... I can only imagine is due to doing a load of patties and keeping them in drawers cooling until they placed in the buns... Also cook to many fries standing getting cold ... As a result i visit less and less as quality falls down.

All I can say is the “entitled” young lady taking the orders needs to take her head out of the “when am I going to be famous” clouds and get in the real world! Serious lacking of professionalism throughout the whole restaurant.

Just close It down.
How did I just wait 2:40 minutes for my food and salad box is missing?
Late by 2 hours.
I don't care who's fault it is.
Get a proper manager.

Went to grab a meal with the kids, same McDonalds experience as always, the food was tasty but the chocolate milkshake tasted a bit strange, but nonetheless finished it all off without complaint.

Young girl with glasses attitude absolutely stinks. Was picking up an order and had been stood for ages, another driver asked politely how long it would be, she snapped we would just have to wait in the most abrupt rude voice. We don't get paid to wait, I can understand if the place is really busy or if the driver was rude but neither was the case. This wasted me half an hour I won't get back.

Absolutely awful my muffins were all squashed and my 2 lattes were cold yet the hashbrowns were hot. It's like they don't care about presentation. Also my drinks had spilled a little so it soaked into the bag with the food in it. This McDonald's has gone down alot they don't care anymore which is what they get paid to do. My advise do NOT go here!!
