Waited 15 mins for a big mac meal n apple pie ,order on screen but no 1 knew about it! Finally got the bag left the site drove up the road only to find no apple pie!! Returned and got pie ,no compensation for my waisted time, food was good once I got it....

Was actually a nice meal on my lunch with a friend have a catch-up. just a shame about the young idiots always causing grief in there. Security is good feature not that they can do much, but they bring a sense of safety to the customers I see but they need more support especially when the youngsters are racially rude.

Why are all the female staff members with long hair not wearing hairnets??
Just been through the drive through to see 3 female staff members in the food preparation area with no hairnets one actually had her hair dangling all in her face.
Makes me wonder what else are they not doing when it comes to hygiene!

We used the drive thru this morning and were pleasantly surprised, the staff were friendly and polite and the service was quick! Service like that is not as common as it should be, we'll done!

Everytime I go in to that macdonald's establishment recently I order off the app and they end up forgetting something and it's annoying and overall a bad customer experience because I give them the benefit of the doubt and did not check until I got home to find out something was missing :(

Train the staff better to make sure they get the orders right it's not hard I bet you could train monkeys to do the job better than the current staff and they would work for bananas.

Absolutely mayhem, staff unable to take a simple order, staff huddle around where they pack the food. Too busy chit chatting to bother with customers. At this stage they'll be out of business. It's impossible, definitely not going back unless things improve on.

But it was Dead.

Very polite and cheerful staff, when visited we were greet by hospitable staff. Food was exactly as we ordered with a very prompt delivery.
Staff 'crew' member Alice was exceptionally helpful and a credit to the organisation.

Absolutely the best hash browns I’ve ever had in a McDonalds before. They are usually swimming in grease. These ones were cooked perfectly. Crispy and not greasy on the outside at all. Only room for improvement would be a runny egg in the double sausage and egg McMuffin. Everything was really hot. Well done to the team on duty this morning!
