KFC Ashford - Eureka Leisure Park

First KFC ever and sadly wasn't impressed.
Unsure if thats just me or this particular restaurant was lacking quality.

Rice was uneventful and tasteless.
Chicken coating was tasteless and not as crispy as the advert make it sound.
Too much ice in the drinks.
Sloppy tasteless fries.

So a first and last for me.

Not too busy, clean and the food was quick hot and delicious. I love KFC, but alot of the times none of the above happens at various other outlets. This is the 2nd time here and both times have been perfect.
Also, the air con was really appreciated. 34 degrees outside.
We will be returning.

Was pleased to get hot chips, as usually chips are cold at KFC But found the whole eating in experience unpleasant as we were sitting quite far from the counter but we could hear very loudly every customer ordering their drive through meals over a load speaker. That combined with the dine in order numbers being shouted out, despite there being a screen displaying this information and loud music being played, created a cacophony of unpleasant noise.
We did mention our experience to the manager when we left but we’re not sure if she understood what we were saying and didn’t see it as a problem

Much better service over the past year, not had any errors with orders. Prices do seem to be getting a bit crazy now though!

Popped in after a very long day at work, ordered at the counter was nice to not be pointed to the automated service like other KFC s, food came out quickly, sat at spotless table, order was correct!!!!! Looked and found KFC chicken that looked like it used to and guess what it tasted the same, fillet burger actually had a proper bit of fillet in perfectly coated and dry not dripping in grease and filled the bun a first for very long time, best KFC iv had in many years

It was lovely, but a shame they don't rush to clean the tables or wipe them down, order is not always correct, it is also a shame you can't make the meals large only the drink

Waiting at service window I saw several bits of cooked chicken on the floor. Whoever dropped them should have instantly picked them up. They were a serious health and safety risk and how would a customer know if...when they were picked up did they go in the bin or into somebody's food order? I pointed them out to my server and he smiled, shrugged his shoulders and wished me a nice day!

Ordered a party bucket from here for the family last night and it was missing 4 pieces of chicken and 2 chicken strips. I didn't realise till I got home.
Feel totally ripped off
