McDonald's

Staff were on the ball, attentive and very polite. Food was brilliant. Empty plates all round with very generous portions and reasonably priced. Plenty of real cask ales to choose from. Large restaurant area, very clean, modern, and spaced out. Childrens park next door. Have greenhouses (rather than pods) set up for external dining. These looked well set up. Would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future.

Really clean and tidy! We had a lovely experience during our visit on the way to Great Yarmouth. Louise was so attentive and kind. Brought colouring pencils and paper for my son, opened the baby change up for my baby daughter, kindly brought our food over all with a lovely smile and Louise just made us feel very welcome. Lovely warm food. Highly recommend. Thank you xx

Just bought a big tasty meal and my big tasty got no monopoly stickers. After asking the manager if I could have them he said no, we run out of stickers in big tastys. Asked if I could get the separate stickers they have and he refused getting supper funny at me. Absolute joke

Very friendly, helpful staff. A lady with a Birmingham accent went above and beyond to help me redeem a voucher. Food was piping hot and nicely presented. Will definitely return.

Standard McDonald's. What stood out was the customer experience. It's the first time the staff at McDonald's have asked if I liked the food and if I am happy with the service. I would definitely stop by again when I pass that way. Thank you for the great experience 🙂

We just bought food at McDonald's (22:54) -Brundall. Please be careful, because the food is cold, the burgers are raw, the fries are cold and undercooked (I don't know, but they look like they were made long time ago and just kept). Summary: £20 thrown away, but the most important thing is, that we didn't eat and no one will get sick. Please avoid.

The food was indeed fast, which is after all what you're there for. The premises was clean and the staff efficient. It's not the biggest, but nor does it need to be, serving a fairly small area, and only really being a pit-stop off the A47. Lots of parking available too.

Where do I start just awful 30mins to get cold food which looks like it has been kicked around the kitchen
One burger with items in it which were asked to be removed and to top it all of given the wrong receipt
Tired to complain online just to go round in circles telling me I had ordered through just eat which it wasn't????
Was all done through there phone app and collected in person
I know mcdonald's is fast-food but the standards were too low for it not to be questioned
