Poor service Staff are immature. Messing around at the drive though, not listening to customers. Multiple items were missing Chips were cold and over cooked

Why does your food always turn up like this? I just gave you last chance to see if food quality improved in a year, guess what!?!? It GOT WORSE !!!!!!!!!!!!! What's wrong with you people to disrespect people serving this? Mentally ill perhaps?

Food is great for a quick snack. Service when going in side was quicker than waiting in a Que for the drive through service. Lots of impatient people in the car park that had obviously already eaten and don't quite know how to calmly wait in line & give way to other cars that were also waiting to leave the site.

-unfortunately only realised this 5 mins after leaving, and couldn't turn back, this is our form of complaining, @Mcdonald's please respond + please give me a free Chocolate 🍫 Milkshake :)

Took half an hour to get food!! They need extra separate staff to deal with the home delivery orders (uber eats, just eat etc). They seem to prioritize these delivery drivers over the actual customers who are in there! Really poor service. Definitely not "fast food" anymore. Slower than going to a proper restaurant!

This McDonald's is incredibly busy sometimes and the drive through can be horrendous but the staff are always accommodating and trying their best. Always check your bags to make sure the order is right however as we have had many a trip back hence the score on service.

Staff are always nice but today one lady from serving my food it’s was owful and always leaves the change she asked my for 1 pennies pay by card because I don’t have cash , going back to windows to pay and her attitude it’s was horrible not to mention the food is constantly cold not wrapped properly and just totally unacceptable after taking our hard earned money. We expect it to be better but it hasn't changed in years so why would my comment The cleaner staff they more nice look like

We've come here a few times and there's always a problem. One time waited over 20 minutes for food to be ready and collect from the counter, next time the machine didn't work and the items weren't put through correctly and we were missing an item. Hence food 3/5.
Although each time the staff we have spoken to have only ever been kind and helpful, issues like the order not being filled properly are unfortunately also caused by staff, perhaps other ones who are less efficient. Hence service 3/5.
Big broken window at the front, not very clean, broken machine hence atmosphere 2/5
