Dixy Chicken wellingborough

Just a had chicken burger and spicy wings and only can say NOT ANYMORE. Meat was like 2 days old waiting to sell. Mayonnaise mixed with water or something else. Understanding about expenses but not safe money on your customer as they not come back.

We ordered 14:55 and was told it'd be 40 minutes -15:35 to 15:50. It changed to 15:50-16:10. Its now 16:12 and the app told me its here but nothing has arrived and a map showing where the driver is never showed up on the app. We called Dixy's at 16:00 and was told the food was ready and the driver was coming to pick it up (the app had said the food was with the driver at 15:55). No clear answers were given to our questions at first. We called Dixy's again at 16:19 and were told that the driver was on their way (again) and that the food would be here in 10 minutes. Food arrived at 16:31. Very disappointed. We could have driven to London and got chicken in the time this all took. Will not be ordering from this company again.

I have seen many poor reviews for delivery, but let me tell you, their food ordered at the till? Left me feeling satisfied to eat junk. Firstly, reasonable price, got a Ringo burger, huge, good chunk of chicken. 2 wings, crispy to perfection with a spicy tender meat inside. My god, if one could have an orgasm over food, well let me tell you

Make sure you always get a receipt and check your change when buying from Dixie’s Wellingborough.

Ordered some food and asked if they could top it with a small amount of doner meat. The guy behind the counter said yeah that would be £2 extra. He then charged me £3 extra. And when I went back to confront him about short changing me, he tried to tell me that it was actually £3 extra even though I confirmed it with him before he took my money for the order. He eventually gave me the correct change back but during this time a woman had the same argument with him.

It is not even the money that matters. It’s the dishonesty.

I ordered again after 10 pm and I did not receive the entire order. they won't bring something every time. Requests for a refund for missing food are not returned.

Only ever been to the wellingborough branch. Its incredible . Very friendly staff . Great food . I became a vegetarian a few months ago but still come

Will never order from them again. I made delivery order at 6:30pm for 7 pm. I called them 7:30 to find out about my order they told me 5 min. I called them back at 8 pm they told me that my food is with driver and will be with me within 10 min. In this case I told them I won't take that order coz it was traveling in the car for long time and I am going to the shop to get fresh menu.
Over all I didn't received what I ordered instead of full chicken I had half and spicy that my kids couldn't eat it. Chips with cheese was very soggy.

ordered at 9:53 called at 10:53 they said 10 mins it turned up at 12:10 at night cold, chips were soggy, forgot our corn on the cob and chicken wet and falling apart.
