KFC Ashby-de-la-Zouch - Flagstaff Island

Ordered family boneless bucket, normally a tasty teatime treat however not this time . Not sure if they have changed the coating recipe (hope not) but this time the chicken was so salty we found it difficult to eat, we even tried covering it with the various sauces and coleslaw the salt taste still persisted. Hopefully it's better next time.

Food was hot, fresh and cooked well. Compared to others, its definitely worth the extra drive. Staff always friendly and happy with great customer service.

Had to wait again. We had a voucher as they missed most of our order last month. This time we got 5 fries not 6. Wam waiting in next car at drive in had to wait too as no hot wings. Ice cream had melted while waiting for chicken. Guy took it back to get another and didn't come back. This kfc has problems but every thing was good taste wise

All tables were dirty & hadn't been cleaned. There was no one else in the restaurant, but staff didn't seem interesting in cleaning up. Most of the meal was just packed in bags rather that the boxes it should've been in, chips were cold, lettuce had already started turning & the corn on the cob was mostly water.

Should've gone to the Coalville store.

Went through the drive through on friday 14th Oct, the young lady that took my order was same lady who took my money, I found her very very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem in explaining my order from her, my order only had 4 pieces of chicken I wanted 5 pieces and she organised it that I got my 5 pieces I had to pay the extra which was expected I not a regular visitor to KFC so I had never seen a menu.
But thanks to the young lady I will now become a regular customer in fact I returned the same night for the same order again I had before, same lady on, i returned as the chicken 🐔 was very tasty and tender
10/10 to staff in fact I hope the bosses will show young lady my comment here and thank her on my behalf 4 her excellent service.

Very good KFC staff were friendly and helpful, got the order right and was nice crispy chicken, wings were good and gravy excellent.

Quick to take your order and payment and then leave you sitting in the drive thru lane for approximately 10 minutes and approximately 10 minutes at the window without any interaction from staff apart from when placing the order and when making payment. And when you do finally get said order its almost thrown at you and oh sorry about your wait.
WORST DRIVE THUR EXPERIENCE EVER.

Food was delicious, no issues there. However I ordered a 6 piece bucket as part of my order.
I received no less than 5 legs and one thigh.
When I worked as a cook in the 70's, when Harland Saunders was still very much in charge, when a customer ordered a meal, 2 pieces was 1 main piece (Breast, Rib or Thigh) and 1smaller piece (leg or wing)
3 piece meal was 2 main pieces and a smaller piece.
In old money, I ordered 2 x 3 piece meals
I got 1 main piece, and 5 smaller pieces.
Don't think the he would have been impressed.
