Very good pizza, in Good prices. Very friendly stuff. Local very clean. Definitely I'll be back.

They change their chef quite frequently due to which we have to explain them the specifications we want. Everytime when we explain them, their staffs misbahave a lot and are very disrespectful. They make pizza according to their mood. Sometimes it is good but most of the time it is just ok.
We have now decided not to buy pizza from La roma any more due to their bad behavior and bad customer service.

Extremely disappointed.

Pizza edges was hard it was very doughy and the topping was so thin and less I need to search for.a kebab and chicken on my pizza.When I phoned them to share my feedback their response was so arrogant like ok if you don't like it we cannot do anything.....wow I am shocked I want to give 0 stars but the option. Is not available. This was the first and last time for me to eat this pizza Very disappointing

Increased pizza price with inflation but reduced the toppings dramatically. I couldn't see all 4 toppings on half of a pizza. Customer service gone worse. Common guys pick yourself back up.

Dropped in for Pizza. 2 x 9 inch for around £12 and they were excellent. Ate in seats and tables fine though more of a take away

How many hours does it take to get a delivery from Deliveroo?

After placing the order, the estimated time of the order increased to almost two hours. The restaurant informed me that Deliveroo couldn't find a driver.

I cancelled the order after waiting almost two hours and the policy on Deliveroo states that if the order is more than 60 minutes late then the customer is entitled to a refund. I never received the order and still got charged for food which was never consumed and waited almost 2 hours for. Deliveroo refunded me a whooping £2.51 but refused to refund the full amount!

Had this been a restaurant scenario I would have walked out and saved myself monies and the hassle.

Btw I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Highly recommend this place for pizza. Oh my gosh! The thin crust and delicious toppings so worth the money. Go support !!!
