Love their fried chicken and wings. When it's fresh, it's my favourite place to eat from. They have become alot better at managing their stocks so you don't get stuff that's been lying around for a long time. Very reasonable prices and portion sizes are good. Keep up the good work guys and please do not change your chicken recipe.

If you are looking for salmonella and food poisoning, this is the place for you! The photographs say it all! I wish I had read the reviews before I went there because they are serving raw chicken as the other reviewers have stated and it's not a mistake.

I had to take the chicken back and I didn't even receive an apology. The Manager tried to act like he didn't remember me from an hour ago and asked if I had even gotten the chicken from him. He didn't even want to give me a refund because I had "eaten some of it". The audacity! I tasted some of the chicken before realising it was raw and threw it away. What a blatant disregard for the food poisoning you have given me. On top of which, as I walked out the door he proceeded to insult me in another language.

I don't understand why this shop is still open.

I will never come back to this place again - ever.

Consistent, tasty food. Great value. Honestly don't know what's wrong with bad reviews 😂 Ordered on Uber 3x times already and went there once as well. Always satisfied

They seem to accept uber orders 24/7, which is rad. Delivered within hour of order placement

I enjoy the food from this place. It's quite adequate in my opinion. However, the customer service is quite poor. The management is quite impolite and they raise their voice unnecessarily. I submitted an order online and it did not arrive. However, they were not very cooperative. I think customer service is highly important when it comes to the quality of establishments like this, so I cannot recommend this place.

I wouldn’t be coming back here again. I only came here by after I tried to visit a near by food shop, which was opening soon for whatever reason. I was short in time as I was in my lunch break, and wished I never stepped in here. It was ridiculously quiet for my liking. As I walked, one of the workers saw me, but ignored me for about 5mins. When he came to me, he asked what I wanted like I came in for a favour of some sort. I ordered my food and it took a little long for just one customers food to come. The chips didn’t have any salt on them and they happened to be soft and soggy. The burger was overly salty and dry, very hard to swallow. I ended up throwing away more than half my meal. Everything was rubbish about this place.

Specifically told my wife and mum not to cook anything so all the family can relax. The guy at the counter (who wears the glasses) is always polite. What went wrong is I ordered two pizzas which tasted like cardboard, far too dry and my whole family couldn’t eat it. It was literally tasteless and I was very disappointed after spending £22. Imagine telling your family not to eat anything for lunch only to be let down by this food. Quality has gone downhill big time over the last few years, used to be the best in Walthamstow at one point

Horrible wings. Popped in as I was visiting another restaurant, thought I’d sample their wings. They were so dead. Dry, crispy not in a good way - these wings were dehydrated, if I was the chicken that was killed to become these wings I’d be fuming - man died for nothing. Also the wings stank, anyone who don’t believe me bite these wings and smell the bone, so disgusting.

Everyone steer clear of this place.

Appalling service. Have been a regular customer for 15 yes. Under new management. Ordered a kebab online with no chilli, order arrived cooked with chilli, phoned to let them know that they got my order wrong and was told to F off and hung up on!
