McDonald's, Lichfield

I go for a coffee. I prefer McDonald's coffee over others options. Usually take my coffee in the street, but sometimes I stay inside if there are no much people. Nice place when kids are not around.

Absolutely disgusted in McDonald’s tonight, there isn’t a option for 0 stars so had to put 1 star. Ordered a delivery through the McDonald’s app like we have done before without any problems, the order said it had been delivered which it hadn’t so we tried to contact McDonald’s through the phone number on Google no answer after calling multiple times. We then were on hold with Uber eats for an hours for them to just say we’re getting a refund and no food. So after waiting 2 hours since we ordered, all we got was to sit on the phone for an hour, no food, and no refund as of yet. Very disappointed. There’s no contact or email address to email McDonald’s so I decided to write it here so everyone can see and hopefully McDonald’s will reply and actually sort out their orders.

Ordered take out, when got home there was an item missing. Wasn't prepared to go back for a chicken mayo burger. Food wasn't particularly hot except the fries as they were fresh cooked

The Location is very accessible and it's great to see the place have a baby changing unit but as an environment and and overall atmosphere for small babies to toddlers i wouldn't say it's appropriate , firstly due to people loitering around the toilets and also vaping inside the location. The attitude from the employee's seem too laxed and would rather continue the day to day work shift than creating an environment appropriate for everyone. Compared to other McDonald's around the area this one isn't my first choice and I personally would only recommend for takeouts.

Absolutely shocking!! I ordered a burger tonight, only to find fried card/paper amongst the lettuce, truly disgusting!!! This place doesn't deserve the business and McDonalds didn't even have the courtesy to respond when I raised the issue with them - that is a great example of how little they think of their customers!!

I had a very good wrap of the day for £1.99. The bread was nicely cooked, the food tasty with a little kick to it and properly presented.
Flat White coffee was very good.
Overall, a positive experience

Ordered a few items online to collect in store place was empty staff stood about talking order came took it out to take home got my burger home bun was burnt I don't pay £4.89 to throw the bun away perhaps train the staff on how not to burn items and less gathering together cook the food how they would eat it at home cause I am sure they wouldn't burn there own food

Once again, full of teens swearing and vaping with no challenge at all, not even buying and when I asked them to mind their language (much to the relief of many parents) the back chat began... What ya gonna do about it?? You aren't my dad.. Etc. Parents you should be proud. Staff at mcdonalds for allowing this so frequently... Shame !
