KFC Highbury - Upper Street

The staff are very rude if you try and speak to them. They can't understand English and end up taking very long if you have to explain something simple. If you say eat in they still give a bag. And when you look inside, 9 out of ten times, they have got the order wrong! I have been going here for years but won't be going again.

Absolutely disgusting worst kfc I've every had, bad smelling chicken and no taste this branch clearly isn't using the so called secret Recipe. On top on that the hot wings wasn't even fit for a dog, if wings are broken and very Bruised and discoloured why even used them.

Disgusting. Every single table in here was a mess. Gave me the wrong food. Accused me of taking someone else’s food after calling my number out and giving me the food. Staff had no idea what they were doing and food was awful.

Could be better!
Staff worried to much about gossip leaving the costumers waiting to be served..food was ok but that was it.
Attention on cleaning should be privileged with most of the tables dirty from previous costumers..
Self ordering machine without printing roll.....needed 3 staff members to sort it out after almost 15 minutes.

Terribly slow. Staff are a bit clueless, mixed up nearly everything in the order. Received main order and then waited for part of the meal for an extra 15 minutes. The chicken was so dry, the burgers overcooked too. So not fast food. This KFC needs training ...

Staff not particularly helpful and the Original Recipe chicken pieces are often very dry - feels like they’ve been sat waiting to be served for a while. Usually the best part of a KFC so very disappointing.

Food was excellent, i have bought zinger burger meal, burger was so tasty. Front counter staff was so friendly guided through selection of my meal. Overall the services is good

POOR QUALITY
Very disappointed with this branch and the quality of food is below standard.
Zinger Burger has lettuce that looks two days old, and a drip of mayonnaise, the chicken breast seems to have been on a deity as it was so thin and the taste was awful.
Chips were cold and tasteless
Spicy wings had more batter on them then the chicken on the bone.
Staff, are poorly trained and have zero knowledge of customer service, would definitely not return to this place.
This place deserves a ZERO star
