McDonald's

The food was thrown together and cold when they served it. Also asked for pickles to be removed because of allergies, but although they labeled it correctly it still had the pickles. Could have been nasty if I hadn't spotted it!!! Check your order thoroughly!!!

Order was slightly wrong, rectified quickly, food usual McDonald's standard. Did drive through and ate in carpark so couldn’t really rate atmosphere. Walked in to get McFlurrys, took ages and one ice-cream was warm/runny.
Service not unpleasant but disorganised.

I waited 40 minutes for a Happy Meal and a hamburger and fries. The place was absolute carnage tonight. No food came out at all for about 20 minutes and the place was absolutely packed to the rafters and filling up rapidly. When I got to my car outside (I didn’t use the drive thru because the queue of cars was going out to the main road) the hamburger was missing. How is that even possible? I didn’t go back in because I had a 5 year old in the car waiting to get home with his Happy Meal. Everyone was upset, loads of people eating in had items missing, the teenagers that worked there didn’t say a word to anyone even though they could see and hear the place was packed and no food was coming out.
I had a similar experience at a Maidstone branch recently, since the restaurants got computerised McDonalds has completely lost its way.

Unfortunately very slow service and burgers barely warm. The cheese wasn't at all melted and the meat was almost tepid. McDonald's quality not like it used to be.

I ordered quarter pounder meal and wrap of the day from Macd through Deliveroo, and as usual, they never remember to include the correct item in the bag. Surprisingly, this time, there were no chips as well as dips, and instead, thanks to the best packing, I received 100 ml of hot chocolate. The best support ever. Only this branch is experiencing problems, and I have never been happy to purchase food from this branch.

Slow delivery of food. Back orders. All the bins overflowing with food and packaging. Tables full of rubbish. Tension in the kitchen. Not what I expect from any Mcdonalds

This is actually my favourite McDonald's in Kent. Staff are quick when serving and they're polite too. Chips are always well cooked and crispy. They can get very busy, especially around 4pm, when most parents has just picked their kids up from school.

The food on this occasion was terrible.
I chose to eat in and ordered a cheese quarter pounder. When l was served the burger and chips, they were cold and my coke zero was flat. You don't expect your food to be served cold when you eat in their establishment.
Get your act together McDonald's and treat and serve hot food when ordered.
