KFC Ilford - High Road

First time visited "KFC" in uk. Seriously it was very "disaster" experience . The texture of meat is not KFC mark its feels like i am eating in a roadside fast food court.
Fries are burnt-out.
I hope this branch doesn't maintain the lagacy .

Restaurant was not clean and tidy, may be because of shortage of staff. Because everyone busy serving customers.
I loved Zinger burger Box meal and it’s really yummy with finger licking wings.
Highly recommended specially for quick bite.

Not ideal for me! Small But too much crowded!! Food was medium taste But was expansive! Yeah you can try one time in your life like me😜

I have order 20 wings from KFC on 12 Nov2022. I can see feather in the wings, is this how kfc serve their customes? Do kfc really clean the chicken properly

Incompetent staff. They are fraudulent. The gave my 3 orders to some one else without checking the receipt. Or may be the staff ate it and completely refused to refund my money. Will never going back to ilford branch. Stay away from that branch.

This establishment is actually a joke. The customer service is simply subpar - rude and careless staff. On many occasions when I have ordered they have gotten the order mixed up, making me take another trip to get my order corrected.
Recommend ANY other branch over the Ilford High Road branch.

Wrost service ever. If I could I would give 0 stars. Waited 40 min for a burger. I was pulling my hair off. Restaurants are faster than this. No apologies, no heads up about delays, nothing. Rude, slow people working there. Will never come again to any KFC.

I would’ve liked to give zero stars for the terrible service and the 40 minutes I had to wait for my meal. They call themselves fast food what they should be called is slow food.
