KFC Oxley - Bushbury Lane

Found a LONG BLACK HAIR in my food. Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered from UberEats, when it arrived there was a long black hair falling out of the burger. When i called KFC Oxley to inform them I received no apology and there was no shock or sincerity in their voice, almost like this is a regular occurrence for them. I was simply told to contact UberEats and that it was nothing to do with them. I will never be going here again I feel sick to my stomach.

Don't know why I'm surprised tbh, this particular branch always manages to mess something up. I've complained numerous times but I doubt they actually do anything about it. This time not only was the staff member at drive through abrupt and rushing me, but I had to remind him to suggest add ons to my order which I'm sure they are supposed to do anyway but anyhoo, I pay and collect my salad hoping to enjoy it at work but oh no. It was so soggy, it was literally swimming I'm salad dressing. I ate the few dry leaves and the chicken. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I just had my order to go. Didn't get a single napkin with it. I guess I should ask for it. But when part of my order is a potato mush it'd be brilliant to get some utensils with it. Should I use my fingers to eat it? 🤔

Kfc are pretty much the same across all branches but this branch food is probably the nicest iv eaten from kfc
Food served quickly , always very hot and tastes nice
Staff friendly and service is good
Restaurant is usually clean
Toilets kept ok not neglected like some places

Won't use again, girl on till was so miserable and un helpfull, ap was not working but apparently" it was ",
Will travel to Bentley Bridge in future,
Food was nice but never rated staff at Bushbury Ln.

Very pleased with the visit. There is no need to go to the counter to order food. Everything is done on the ordering machine, table number is then used and staff will bring out the food directly to your table. Very efficient and practical!

Food was luke warm, chips were hard. To be honest not a good overall experience. Ordering by the screens looses the customer service. No welcoming face.

Service was good, so was the taste. Size and portions was unexpectedly of the smaller, toilet could have done with airing and a clean for a place that serves food!
