McDonald's

I use to order from them on an app and it never goes through the whole order all the time something is missing from the food or i get the wrong juice or so on and they never give my money back or even apologize and i can leave no review on the app. I understand it happens once or twice but not every time and most of the time the juice or drink i order spilled today i got a hamburger for breakfast that half of the bun was missing i don't know if it was bitten or cut off or I don't know what's going on with it .

Saturday lunch time they are very busy but all the staff are so polite, I was served by Maria who was very patient and helping everyone. Obviously a Saturday lunch time will be busy and they do their very best to serve everyone as quickly as possible. Great food too!

Meat is fresh and they have good quality burgers. However, when it comes to fries, they seemed to be quite dry and cold. They forgot our 3 paid for sauces which was quite disappointing; it was a delivery order.

Been coming to this McDonald's since it opened years ago.

Its always been great but the last few months it has been going downhill.
Always something missing from my order.

Just been there tonight and waited 15-20 minutes in the car park.
Milkshakes and mcflurry's melted and food cold.

This really needs to be sorted will have to try Catford!!!!

I have only ever used the drive through when visiting this McDonald's. Staff are always pleasant and I can honestly say that this is the only McDonald's in the local area that hasn't messed up an order.

Usually come here for a quick snack after work or after shopping... Everything is usually great... But I've noticed recently you have got some new kitchen staff, and this is the way my triple cheeseburger is presented... I could not eat it, as it was smothered in ketchup... And it makes me feel sick just looking at it... The chips were stone cold!

I have tried to call the restaurant 10 times in a row, in which they clearly do not respond to telephone calls...

The place were clean abd had lots of setting availability. The toilets were clean but tissues were limited. We had apple pie which were really good and with perfect temperatures. Coffee was good too. The service were quicker than any other nearby Mcdonald's. Hazard were safely marked. There was no queue.

The McDonalds business model is falling to pieces and it is because there are far too many delivery riders putting a strain on staff, food and customers. Case in point- came here yesterday to pick up breakfast . There was no room in the foyer at all due to delivery drivers. 5 mins later all gone and my order was made. For the next 15 minutes all i could see was staff stacking up delivery bags for drivers to collect- 24 of them in total- all sitting there going cold, no drivers to collect them , but none of the actual customers in the branch being served either. jUst standing round holding receipts. Staff all seemed to be majorly stressed as well. After 20 mins i told the manager this was unacceptable - 20 years ago if you waited longer than 5 mins you got a free meal. This branch and the one in Bell Green are becoming the worst in London due to the prioritisation of delivery riders over traditional customers.
