KFC Gravesend - Perry Street

I very rarely have a takeaway, but thought after a hot day working long hours I would treat myself. Wish I hadn’t bothered. I had 7 chips, all dried and looked hours old. Baked beans were absolutely dry, no sauce and beans were dry and cracked. Chicken was shrivelled and tough. I was so exhausted and tired I couldn’t be bothered to take it back. Most went in the bin. Don’t go there. Across the road is an amazing fish and chip shop that serves the freshest food. I should have gone there. Stay clear people. Don’t waste your money. Used to love KFC, but standards have fallen.

I find it incredibly frustrating when there are 2 orders on the screen. The person behind the counter still has an inability to read what is on the screen and put it in a bag. How can you manage to miss items off of the order when you are tapping off the screen at the same time. The staff need to focus on what they are doing and not standing around chatting and trying to hurry out of the door.

Terrible branch, don’t bother! We paid for x2 large meals and no receipt was printed so they would only give us medium (as that’s apparently what was on the screen) my partner got given the completely wrong burger, we also ordered an additional chicken fillet in my rice box and it wasn’t included in the order. Also had to wait nearly half an hour whilst they dithered about when all they had to do it put the order in a bag! Don’t waste your money :(

Should’ve checked the reviews first. 34 min wait in store for 3 wings and a wrap. Never had to wait this long anywhere. And then to be served 3 tiny wings. Don’t bother with this kfc

So understaffed. They allow so endless amounts of deli rides to come through but the queues are insane. If you are walking in for a normal take away, you’re waiting at least 30+ minutes to get your food. The management must be in shambles

Last time I visited the shop was packed, we waited 45 minutes for our order. Staff were working really hard and trying to move through the orders as fast as they could but with more than 10 delivery drivers in there the whole time waiting for deliveries who were upset waiting for their deliveries I could see staff were under a lot of pressure. But they handled the situation and themselves well.
Food was good and hot despite the pressure they faced.

Two orders in a row from KFC where the gravy is entirely unsealed and arrived open EVERYWHERE in my box. The second occasion the chicken is just thrown in the box with no secondary cardboard box and the additional two hot wings are outside their packaging on top of the main box. Not to mention the food is FREEZING cold although this can only be partially blamed on KFC as that's quite literally Uber Eats one and only job - to actually have the food arrive hot. And FINALLY - if I pay extra £ for Pepsi not Pepsi Max I expect someone to be able to at least know the difference and put in the correct one. Unbelievable. I won't be ordering from KFC Gravesend again.

What a shambles of a place. Waited in store for over 25mins for food to be prepared to get home 2mins around corner to stone cold food. Should of gone morleys for half the price and better quality food.
