Ordered 1700, they said delivery 1730 to 1750. I called at 1750 and they said the driver had left the restaurant and it would be 10-15 minutes. I called again at 1815 and they said the driver had only just left and it would be 10-15 minutes. So the first person lied to me. I called again at 1825 to get the drivers number. I called him and he said he had only received the order at 1820. So both of the staff in the store had lied to me (or the driver was lying). Food eventually arrived at 1840 and was cold and awful.

The staff were rude and did not explain to me why they had lied to me. Awful food and awful human beings.

Poor quality food. I have been coming here for years and the last 3 times they have messed up my order. I asked for 3 wings breast or side wings and they gave me 3 thighs. The previous visit they gave me legs when I specifically said no legs.
The last order was frankly disgusting.
The chicken tasted horrible and there was a thick paste between the chicken and the coating.
I won't be returning there.

Their food it’s okay for a chicken and chips. However, customer service here it’s very bad. I’m currently waiting for food from them and they literally won’t speak to me in regards to my order. Every time I call the man rushes talk and cute the call. I called the third time and he carried on doing the same thing. I honestly don’t appreciate this and it isn’t a way to treat any customer. Not asking for order numbers, telling customers bye we are busy, cutting calls in the middle of them talking and lying and changing their words in regards to status about orders.

Worst chicken shop in hatfield. Always missing items and when called just told it was packed. Isn't this stealing if you pay for items not received and restaurant won't refund or redelivery missing items. As apprantly fulfilled the order. No you didn't fulfil the full order and very unhelpful when called within 2mins of delivery driver driving off. Driver also didn't hang about, banged on the door and left goods dumped on doorstep. Utterly awful and happened too many times now. Never ordering again.

dreadful delivery took longer than the whole england game to arrive and my children were starving. Poor benji was crying wanting his chicken wings and j had to tell him they were coming knowing full well they were going to be another hour. On top of this the food was cold and almost stale. will never order from here again

Ordered chicken burger and ribs. It had been a long day, admittedly I had a few too many at the pub, had a phone call from the establishment explaining they had no ribs and fried chiicken was the agreed swap.

I accepted said proposition. Things happen, ribs don't get delivered. Life.

Unfortunately what I was greeted with was something that could be described of as a celiac's nightmare. Photo attached. Fried chicken in my usual experience is fried, not breaded in flour, put in a water bath and given more flour dusting for extra spiciness.

8/10 for customer service offering chicken for ribs
2/10 frying skills
14/10 flouring skills, consider becoming a florist
7/10 delivery skills
8/10 sauciness, garlic mayo was good

I love ordering from this place, it's food is delicious and generally hot when it arrives, the lack of my 5 star is because the past couple times they've taken over double the time to deliver and the food has been well like warm at best, I understand December can be busy but for a business that can't really be an excuse especially when whoever is awnsering the phone is just lieing then hanging up before you can point out what's not right. These last couple (4) times iv had issues hasn't put me off ordering from these guys because the food is good and busy is busy but I hope to receive the service I got a few months ago over what I'm getting now.

Don't waste your time with this people. Ive been waiting for more than three hours for a food delivery. Called them more than 5 times and they only thing they say is the driver will be there in 5 minutes. It just ridiculous if you can't handle and order just refund the money and stop waisting people's time
