I went just around 20.30 tonight,I ordered to eat in.
Now anyone with basic hygiene would ask to do the simple task of using the toilet wash hands,at least that what I do .I asked the lady on the floor if I can use the toilet ,she replied no the key is lost
Really? Can I use the toilet upstairs,no is shut.
A supervisor I guess got involved to tell me they don't have a key for the toilet the toilet upstairs is shut so you can't use it Seriously you have an eatery ,a restaurant I paid to sit down and eat and you operate without a toilet?Some other lady got involved now to tell me this is not a public toilet.Wait a minute I didn't come from outside,I ordered I paid you gave me the option of eating in but I can't use the toilet cause is shut.I am gland to know your employees are not washing their hands but they still carry on cooking food for the public.Their answer was we are doing take away so we can operate without a toilet
Congratulations for your poor hygiene and rude untrained team,good to know never come back again ,I guess you can afford to lose business

Don't bother going in to collect your food because you have a long wait they serve uber eats and just eat. First and let you sit there why your food getting cold before they serve you

Ordered two large meals, both didn’t come with chips. Tried to call them multiple times, three times I was hung up on after 5 seconds.

I'm still waiting for my 258 reward points to be added,from 24/10/22,I had a Large white coffee =£1.29=258 points the order point wouldn't accept my 4 digit no.reported online to Emir senturk,told me to wait 48hrs,its over 60hrs an still not been added,please sort this out.reciept no is C6'X6 67HM 9XWX dated 24/10/22 please sort this out,

The staff is not at fault in any way, but every time we come, often saturday nights, they have system updates? What is there to update so often? I worked for mcdonalds and this never used to happen. Why update the system on the busiest night of the week, thus leeding to conflicts? Just absurd, cmon!

For Fast food it was good, chips were quite salty though but burger was great. Drink was ice cold and good for a summer day.

Sometimes younger servers have a bit of attitude. They are sometimes argumentative which isn't pleasant. The food is good and makes up for it.

It's ok they offer service which I find handy due to disability.
