Burger King

Popped down to Burger King last night to get some treats for the family. Was greeted by such a polite lad who’s customer service went above and beyond through out the whole order and experience. The service was fast and clean and has been the best service I have ever received from any Burger King in the uk. The young lad who served me was called joe he seemed very new as I had not seen his face before but he is a credit to the brand and EG.
Represents the brand so well and will definitely be returning.

Better than most fast food places I've been to. The food was actually tasty, which you don't usually get with these kind of places. It was so nice that I'll probably never visit a McDonald's again, which is tasteless & badly presented by comparison. It was also very clean, which McDonald's usually isn't... any of them!

Clean and very helpful staff. The restaurant wasn’t busy so I was surprised that the fries weren’t hot. I requested a replacement, which wasn’t a problem at all and they were hot, plentiful and delicious.

Food OK, just details missing like napkins, sauces - the team don't seem motivated to exceed customers expectation to me. I A bit disappointing since BK is my default choice and I drive around 12 miles, past 2 McDonalds to get to this place when I feel I've earned a treat.

Sent the entire wrong order, ordered 20 cheese bites, 20 nuggets and chips. Received 2 kids meals, when I rung up they tried to blame the delivery driver but it had the correct reciept on. So they then said they can't do anything about it. Terrible

Food is always fresh and amazing.
Slightly ruined by the drive through voice sounding like he'd rather be being skinned alive rather than working there though.
Only ever used the drive through so I've given a 3* for atmosphere.

We take the kids weekly they love it, only thing I can criticise is the hotness of the food. I like to feel the burning of hell in my mouth. Great staff though can't fault them ever 👍🏻

Good food and fast service, seating room is limited but unlike the other coresident fast food shop they've never got my order wrong.
