La Grill Peri Peri

Food was nice and fresh, chilli sauce was excellent and decent portions for the price. As it is all fresh, it takes a little longer as food like burger, masala fries and burgers are made from scratch but the server was friendly and helpful. Please ask for the food to be well done, however - especially the kebab as I found 2 pieces a little cold. Wings are decent and hot, they are a little rare so not to my liking. If you are a fan of chilli sauce, come here to try it, it's spicy and has a little kick but no too spicy. Overall, I would come again but will also be open to visiting other eateries.

First time we ordered tonight. Its was delicious, everything we hoped for. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered food and after chasing 2 times saying food is being prepared, food arrived cold!! Absolutely rude over the phone will never use again!!

Its a real shame to write a bad review as the food is really good here but the customer service is absolutely dreadful!!!!
I know its a kebab but does it really have to come swimming in oil ?
The kebab came fine the first few times and then twice came with oil every where leaking out the package into the brown bag
and when this was questioned when i rang all i got "its a kebab its going to be greesy"
The delivery times are just a complete joke, 1 hour 2 hour and even 3
This isn't just a one time thing or a one off bad experience as i say the food is really good but its the service you get that bad

Terrible customer service and said portion for enough for a child only! Don't waste your money.
Please be aware the regular hummus is the size of a shot glass and the salad only big enough for 1 child. I ordered a family meal. When I rang to explain I was unhappy about this, manager was rude cutting into what I said and extremely deffesive.. Food also took 30 mins later than scheduled with no apologies. Not reccomended. Go to GRILLERS round the corner muchhhh better!! I'm all aspects

Ordered, it said 40 minutes, but kept changing, when arrived chips and drinks missing, said they would send some out but would take 40 mins. Took and hour and 10 minutes. Chips were cold and portions we size for a small child, same size as the packet as the kids McDonalds ones. Didn't offer any discount, extra chips or vouchers.

Food was absolutely delicious. It exceeded my expectations. We’ve ordered a burger and the charcoal grilled chicken. Both very tasty . Staff very friendly and nice .Will definitely order again

Food arrived cold, and tasted disgusting.
Never had hummus that tasted that bad ever!!! Had to eat something else just to take the taste away!!!
