Favorite Chicken & Ribs Worthing

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my food, the chicken has a rotten smell to it, I had to throw it away. If they cooked the chicken in clean oil it would solve the problem. The chicken cooker filter need to be cleaned and sanatised daily.
This is clearly not happening (I worked in the food industry for about a year that's how I know this)
This is mostly due to laziness and favourite chicken aren't the only ones doing it, this is a common problem in Worthing.

Fresh the chicken may be, but the oil clearly isn't

If you don't mind eating chicken cooked in dirty smelly oil that taste 6 months old then go ahead, but I won't be coming back in a hurry

I had the meal ....but some chicken fry I felt bad smell not all but some. I really doubt it's bad or it the ingredients smell . Fries good shakes also good. So only about that smell I am really confused . So anyone feel what I felt please comment

I ordered my meal and just mentioned there is a light in my hallway and to mention to the driver so he doesn't have to navigate my buildings stairs. The driver called me when he was outside saying i needed to come down i said just buzz and ill let you... He hung up so i walked the 3 flights of stairs down to the door to the driver very angrily moaning about how dark it was and why i should come all the way down to the door (never have i had an issue before) i say if you are going to be rude i don't want to deal with you so rather than just apologize the driver says fine packs the food and leaves. I phone to complain and the person on the phone says they will talk to the driver and call me back regarding the food delivery I'm still waiting on the phone call with the shop about to close I'm absolutely mortified by this treatment by them and would suggest just going to KFC instead because the customer service is disgusting and I'm left anxious from the confrontation and hungry 😔

We order quite offered. Never had a problem but tonight was just rubbish.

Order online received email delivery 45.to 60 minutes after an hour and a half received email food dispatched yet 30 minutes later still not received at nearly 10.53pm nearly 2 hours later we called yes be with you soon.
And yes 10 minutes later was delivered cold but I want to go to bed now. ( can't be bothered to argue the order with you now will do tomorrow)

I can't have spice for some reason it makes me itcy including my inside of ears.

You marked up our oder wrong husband got mine i got his fillet of fire. So now I itche all over stuffing cotton buds down my ears to take the itch away and antihistamines after only one mouthful.

Three years ordering to its as rubbish as it gets tonight

Tried to get through a number of times on the phone. Once they answered was placed on hold for ten minutes while I listened to a customer and staff shouting and swearing at each other in store. Customer had waited for food for over 2 hours. Once staff member finally took my call and I asked him how long the wait was he said an hour then put phone down me. I think you really do need to take on new management at this store. customer service is 0. And has been in the last two months. Wouldn't mind but we order at least once a week. And had nothing but problems on the last 2 months

Totally disgusting!! The service in the shop was terrible!! The old guy in the shop messed up my 2 orders and basically told me I was lying about what i had ordered.. Was extremely rude and told me I had asked to swap my side of beans for a drink..? Even tho my order came with side and a drink as that is was I had PAID for!! Refuse me a refund told me to take my food and leave. I came home now to see my order and still is wrong.. I only received 1 side and I should have received 2 I didn’t get no chicken on both my orders and I get a tiny chicken burger that was PINK!! This is all because they was rushing to close the store. IM FUMING!!! This store should be closed.. or renamed as WORTHING MUGGINS Disgusting and disgraceful SHAME ON YOU NOT SO FAVOURITE CHICKEN AFTER ALL!!

Really bad service do not order from these people waited well over an HouR to get told when we chased it up it was on its way 15 mins later still not arrived ,
so was never Ron it way when it eventually did it was stone cold , when I rang and asked for a refund as I don't expect to heat up my food I've payed for he just kept saying no no not refund . They also start talking to other staff and customers halfway through your ordering and leave you sat on the phone , I will never be ordering from these arrogant people who clearly have no idea how to run away takeaway , I would avoid if I were you

The food is delicious … however waiting 2 hours for a delivery that is only a 15minute drive is disgraceful! The kicker is that the guy said an hour, after calling bk an hour and 15 minutes was told another 15 and waited way longer than that!
Has to be said this is not the only time, their timings have always been awful always delayed by 20/30 minutes after the 45 minutes they normally state.

I’ve only resulted to leave a review after the guy rudely shouted for me to “just wait” then hung up on me! No manners what so ever!

I would have not waited but my children were eagerly awaiting for their chicken and are not so keen on KFC. Won’t bother with either from now on!
