Looks like a new style of McDonalds. Very clean inside. Lots of drive through orders so may seem very quiet inside, but they are quite busy. Good service, I'd recommend a visit!

Wednesday 11th May 18:30. Ordered via the drive-through, was told to park up. Waited half hour whilst the poor staff had to run round the car park in the rain trying to match the orders to the car registration numbers. Burger was missing its garnish, chips limp and chewy like bits of rope, no salt, pepper, ketchup or serviettes (as usual!) Only redeeming feature was politeness of the staff. Oh yes, it was missing its gherkin!

Only getting 1 star as I can't give them a 0. Ordered on deliveroo and food took a while, which firstly meant that our food was cold.

But more importantly, the chicken select meal had a big ball of hair/fluff on the food. I rung the McDonald's directly in which the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, which left me shocked with how I was being spoken to.

She said that despite ordering from deliveroo, if I wanted the order replaced or refunded, I'd have to drive to the restaurant myself. But that would defeat us ordering from an app in the first place? How is that in fault, the customer has to go out of their way to replace it. Would McDonald's refunded the petrol wasted on this trip too?

There was no sincere apology but kept repeating "well it's not going to be any of my team because we've all got dyed hair". Like that matters? If you're being told your food quality is below standard, then your argument shouldn't be if your team have all got dyed hair?

Extremely disappointed. McDonald's has gone so downhill as of recent, and this incident and team attitude at McDonald's Aylesford confirms that.

Ordered through Uber eats and the service from Uber was great they kept me updated and told me the restaurant was being slow. However, the food was poor quality, it was cold and the “large chips” were barely half full. My hamburger was unwrapped and my mccrispy had the most measly amount of lettuce ever!

Start with the good. The restaurant is clean at the time of visit. Lots of parking.

Now the bad.
Placed a order for table service. Went and took a seat. 30 minutes had passed and no food. 1 of us visiting ended up going to ask where the food is and then brought it to the table. 2 of the big tasty burgers we had were cold but edible. We also had a fillet of fish meal which was stone cold. Went to get it changed and recooked. Staff not very apologetic of the matter.

We attended the drive through for this branch and on reflection we should have checked out order before driving away as we weren't able to return. 2 of the 6 chicken nuggets were missing from a meal and we weren't provided with appropriate condiments such as ketchup for each meal. This was very disappointing. When we called up the branch to make a complaint about it the realise we got want one that we appreciated. I believe the outcome was that our name was written down to provide some nuggets on our next visit, which I have no idea when it will be and also not sure we would return having the previous negative experience. I mean surely quality checks should be made to ensure the order is correct before handing to the customer?

Shocking food. I drove through and got my food thrown at me. The zombie like workers were not helpful at all after I had to wait 35 minutes for my order then for it to be wrong. Utterly disgraceful. If I could I would give 0 stars. The Big Mac that I had wasn’t cooked and the fries I ordered were like water (they were very soggy) too much salt as well. I thought I was taking a sip of the ocean.

A quiet evening in McDonald's. We waited a little while longer than you might expect for our food, but it was delivered hot and with a smile. Only one piece of bacon on the Big Tasty with Bacon though which was definitely not worth the extra money!
